report the thread and ask a moderator to close it for you. but you can just make a new one, you don't have to keep on this one!

you don't have to report it to have it closed. with a reply you can click the "close thread" checkbox by the signature, or at the top there's an "administrative tools" dropdown and it can be closed that way as well.
gah, I totally forgot about that! i'm getting my forums confused lol. thanks for that!

not sure it lets you close threads on this HQ board...
I just noticed on some it doesn't let you close it, but in places like Re-Tail and TBT Marketplace and such you can close 'em.
