My family doesn’t seem to agree but burnt marshmallows are the best, they’re perfectly crunchy on the outside and have that delicious gooey goodness on the inside. I eat sooo many whenever we go camping! 😋🏕️

I try to be more considerate of my diet nowadays and eat healthier, so don't often consume marshmallow and especially don't eat them on their own. However, sometimes I'll make s'mores as a Summertime treat. So, I like it not so much for the marshmallow itself, but as a component of the s'mores. That would be my favorite.

I don't eat cereal except maybe picking up a box of the Monster Cereals (Boo Berry, Carmella Creeper, Count Chocula, Franken Berry) in October, but those have those dehydrated cereal marshmallows mentioned in the poll. They're okay.

Never really roasted them over fires except for like a couple times when I was young and I don't remember what my opinion would've been.

Kinda fun to throw them in the microwave for a few seconds and watch them expand, especially Peeps since those are made to resemble chicks, rabbits, etc.

Absolutely roasted, BURNED, torched and scorched to a crisp, fufufufu~ 🔥🔥🔥 but actually, I'm not fond of any form of marshmallow.

Well, as a kid I did like Peeps marshmallows. But only the pink ones, lol so I guess I have to say, straight out of the bag. I never tried s'mores but one day I would like to try one, made by an expert. But not too much chocolate.

Hmm.... Does Star Crunch count as a marshmallow? I don't know why but when I think about marshmallows, I think about Little Debbie snacks. I'm aware of Marshmallow Pies, but give me a Star Crunch any ol' day of the week 😋🍫⭐✨

They’re alright normal, but not as good as other sweets. I like the fluff form, which is nostalgic because every Christmas since childhood my mom has been making fudge and lets me have the leftover fluff. I haven’t had s’mores in a while but as far as I remember the toasted marshmallows were great and complimented the other stuff perfectly. I don’t like burnt stuff ‘cause it’s bitter, but I can understand why people might like it (sounds like it might add a nice crunch). I also loveee lucky charms so dehydrated is definitely my fav~

Generally,I like marshmallows right out of the bag but I like 'em this way even better:

Toasted Coconut Marshmallows

Without cooking them, I lovvve the freeze dried type. The sugar cookies with those mixed in are one of my favorite seasonal treats. (They didn't have them at the store this year, I cry.) For cooked ones, I love them basically burnt without them being burnt. Mmm caramelization

I forgot Star Crunch existed. I'm not a big fan of them, but I have a cousin that was obsessed with them for the longest time.
I do like rice krispie treats which are kinda in the same family as Star Crunch. The best ones are homemade however. They taste very different than the store bought.

i know it's not an option but i love chocolate covered marshmallows very much!! the ones where the marshmallow inside is all fluffy and sort of melts in your mouth. i only ever remember eating marshmallows roasted over a fire like once or twice, and i enjoyed them extra toasty and delicious. the dehydrated ones in cereal ive only tried with lucky charms, and i like the texture and taste of those as well. i have never tried marshmallow fluff but have always wanted to, it's just not something ive ever seen in stores so i might have to try a recipe out at some point!

I like mini marshmallows in hot chocolate.

@Kirbyz those are my favorite as well. They are so very good. I always get chocolate covered marshmallows for Christmas.

Another one of my favorites with marshmallow are these chocolate covered marshmallow cookies .

I like marshmallows in just about every form; Straight out of the bag, toasted, burnt, in hot chocolate, in Rice Krispies bars, the likes. I've been trying to lessen my sugar intake, but I've seen flavored marshmallow candy (like cherry and banana) at the store, and I'm tempted to try them. :p

That being said, I haaate dehydrated marshmallows. The texture is off-putting and I avoid eating certain cereals like Lucky Charms.

Marshmallows are fine, but I can't eat a lot of them straight from the bag. Just too sweet for me. They're nice roasted over a fire or added to make a smore. Or to make ricekrispe treats or any kind of recipe that uses them in a baked desert ect. I have a ton of marshmallows left over still, I actually might make some treats sometime this week if I can find the time.

Here I said “toasted with some burnt spots”, which is probably my overall favorite. I also enjoy microwave s’mores (messy, I know) because of the nostalgia lol.
