How do you like to exercise?

going on walks or hikes has always been my preferred method of exercising - it’s enough to get me moving and my heart pumping without leaving me feeling like i might die. 😅

I like going on walks for exercise, which I typically do for half an hour, either in the middle of my work day or just after I finish. It's a nice way to just clear my head and enjoy some fresh air. If the weather's bad then I just use my family's elliptical instead for exercising. It's nice that I am able to do this now that I'm working from home, since before the pandemic I definitely wasn't exercising as much as I am now.

i love dancing so i have torrented all of the just dance games. i try to dance one hour a day on them during quarantine. they have a calorie counter so i can keep up with how much i'm burning and all. really neat.

playing sports and riding my bike and also do walks. I guess l also do normal exercises sometimes, l did a lot when l was in school. But now days l just do the stuff that l said above.

I really like swimming but I haven’t done it for a while because of Covid, it’s really fun but it does make me hungry afterwards lol

I'm another person who likes getting my exercise via walks and hiking! I don't enjoy going for flat out jogs or running but I like going for brisk walks, lol. Just like elderly people 😂 That and I like hiking! We've got some pretty trails in my area and they're fun to explore, especially with my friends. Sometimes I've even brought my cat! But when she comes it's definitely a slow hike since she needs to explore everything.

I don't mind yoga, either! I like how I can do yoga easily in my room with some videos from Youtube. It doesn't leave me feeling completely out of breath and gross but I can still feel the next day that what I did was helpful.

I am very lazy and unathletic. I like to "exercise" in only three ways: Swinging, Swimming, and Dancing.

I've tried a couple things since covid started (from running to intense workouts with a coach) but I actually started to really like working out after buying ring fit adventure for the switch. I've first watched a couple youtube videos on people doing some 100-day challenges witht that game and decided to give it a try. Not only is the game itself extremely fun and not at all "easy" (I'm really drowning in sweat after playing for an hour) but it has also made me actively workout outside the game as well, I now play it once every day in combination with pushups, situps and running (my main focus for working out is gaining some more muscles) :)

I go on a walk with my mom every day the weather is nice and we're both feeling good enough to go! I also try to do at least 20 minutes of running on the treadmill.

I'm currently doing some strength training, mainly focusing on my triceps.

My favorite "exercise" is exploring nature trails and walking briskly around cities with my friends, but I've had to shelf this due to the pandemic.

I like going for walks, doing strength training/bodyweight exercises, and sometimes running ^^;

I also like stretching but I'm not sure that really counts as exercise by itself.

lmao what's exercise

ok no in all seriousness while i don't have like a set exercise routine nor care for physical activities ;w;, i do have ways that i enjoy exercising. i like to walk (pluses for my dog being able to join), bike, and most of all swim! i love to swim!!!! i keep thinking about maybe taking up yoga, but i'm still not sure about it or that i could keep up with a daily routine of it

I'm doing a combination of Chloe Ting's YouTube videos and Ring Fit Adventure for Switch right now. It's going well so far I think. I think exercise in general is very boring and that makes me lose motivation quickly. But this routine I'm doing right now is fun.

I have treadmill in my room that I use for exercise. I usually do it around 10:30 AM in mornings. I have the speed around 3.5 and I be on there for like 52 minutes burning 100 calories. Then after that I drink a lot of water and take a rest. I do this daily.

i like to go for walks through the woods. its fine if i see a few other people, but i prefer to be secluded on my nature walks. i did get in to running for a period of time before i injured myself by not stretching enough :c now im just a couch potato who is too tired to exercise after work and too undisciplined to go to bed early enough to exercise in the morning. nature walks arent really exercise for me though, i can do them whenever and for a really long time before i would want to stop

i do low impact exercise videos on youtube that are 30 mins long and/or walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes :)

I would love to be exercising every 2nd day for about 30 minutes.. however, I am extremelly unmotivated for it
and usually stop doing it after about 1 or 2 weeks. s:

I do something everyday, generally it's one day of sprinting and long-distance running, the next day I do strength training, then repeat. I'm by no means the most fit person you'll come across, but I've certainly done quite a bit to be sure I remain healthy.

I don't particularly like it but I feel better when I do end up doing it. I don't exercise enough lately though. My main source of exercise used to be walking, I walk everywhere since I don't have a car, miles and miles day. Sometimes up to 20,000 steps. but I developed agoraphobia recently and have a hard time getting out. I'd like to start walking again though. I feel good when I do it. My apartment complex has treadmills so I'm gonna see if someone can show me how to use them soon because I really need to increase my physical activity
