Sleeping diagrams amuse me lol. They always have funny commentary or names.

But seriously, what is comfortable for you? Does it change based on weather or stress levels? Any good sleeping habit tips?

Some of these are funny.

I always fall asleep on my back in the "if I lie real still maybe the anxiety will leave" position or with my hands crossed on my chest in what I call the "vampire" position. 🧛‍♂️

Then I usually wake up on my side in the semi-fetal or what I'll now call "sleeping angel" position. 👼

I'm a side sleeper... For a while I slept on my stomach which was super comfy but then one day I woke up to really bad back pain; it was so bad that I had to lean against the bathroom sink with my elbows on the countertop just so that I could wash my hands. I walked around like a grandma for a few days. No more comfy stomach sleeping for me 🥲

I used to exclusively sleep on my right side, but now I kinda alternate between that and sleeping on my back depending on how I feel. Though generally I end up waking up on my side regardless of what position I go to sleep in, lol.

I alternate between "pry the pillow from my cold dead hands" and sleeping on my right side! The only problem with sleeping with my hands under the pillow is that sometimes I'll wake up with pins and needles. 😭

Lying on my left side is super uncomfortable, and lying on my back just doesn't feel right lol.

Pry the pillow from my cold dead hands. I am so used to sleep on the stomach that I can't fall asleep on my back. Was really bad when I burned my entire stomach with cooking water. I slept over a month really bad.

i usually fall asleep like an actual sleeping angel on my left side (though my leggies are more tucked in, not as much as the compact lil' nugget tho). i like to move around onto my back and the other side and then return back to being on my left side before i zonk out. also sometimes i end up waking up on my back

I usually sleep on my left side in the “sleeping angel” position according to the diagram, but I tend to hold something like a small pillow or a stuffed animal too. I’ve been told I move around in my sleep a lot, but somehow I almost always wake up in the same position I fell asleep in.

I alternate between side sleeping and back sleeping. I turn around until my instincts decide what’s most comfortable for the night.

I sleep on my side, or the “actual sleeping angel” to be more specific. I tend to curl my feet a bit when falling asleep.

One night I can be a back sleeper, another night I can be a stomach sleeper, another night I can be a side sleeper. Just depends on how long it takes for me to doze off and/or if I get uncomfortable.

Generally though, I'm typically a back sleeper.

Apparently sleeping on your left side is the healthiest though, so I might have to try to get into the habit of the actual sleeping angel style.

Most of the time, I'm a fetus in burrito and I have my face exposed.
Sometimes I'm a starfish or a yoga tree stance kind of thing.
Feet may or may not be covered.
Sometimes I sleep in a chair.
