i used to sleep for consistently less than 5, but i'm a second-semester high school senior now, so i sleep sO MUCH
i go to bed at, like, 10:30 or 11:00 every night and wake up at 6:45 :') last saturday, i went to bed at 8:30 and woke up at 9:00 the next day bc i had a competition all saturday and was exhausted
Unfortunately, I only get 5-6 hours of sleep on weekdays, sometimes less. I need more sleep but I just can't fall asleep at night and then I have to wake up early for work. On the weekends, I try to make up for it by sleeping late and I get anywhere from 8-10 hours of sleep then. I feel so much more rested on the weekends. I wish I could adjust my work schedule to match my sleep schedule because it just doesn't work the other way around.
I usually get about 6-7 hours of sleep during the work week, and 10 hours of sleep on the weekends. I could sleep a lot longer, though. The hardest part for me is that I?m usually not tired when I should go to sleep (like 9-10pm). I am always extremely tired after work and I usually need a two hour nap in the afternoon after work, then it takes me a while to get to bed at night! Eliminating the nap also doesn?t make me tired at the right time at night either :/
depends. Lately since I'm on holidays I tend to go to sleep around 3am and wake up around 12pm. So about 10 hours!!
But when I have school (work now hehe), I usually go to sleep at midnight and wake up at 7am or 8am. When I'm on weekend I tend to go to sleep at the same time but I wake up at 9am or 10am.
I always try to sleep at least 8 hours.
I get more sleep when I have the option to stay in bed, otherwise when I go to work its around 8 hours of sleep. I can never take a nap when I'm tired though, so if I'm out the night before and dont catch much rest, I have to go on with my day. My body is just trained to sleep at night lol, can never understand naps.
It depends on circumstances.
When I manage to get good sleep, I can sleep up to 10 hours (maybe more), but usually I sleep for 6 hours.
4 hours if I drink a caffeinated beverage by accident or I'm having a lot of negative thoughts. :c
I have to have at least 8-9 hours of sleep to function properly. For the last two years I've been in college I've tried getting 6-7 hours of sleep, and I always end up super tired for the rest of the day.
During weekends or breaks I usually sleep between 10-12 hours, but I find that too much sleep actually makes me super tired too, so now even on weekends I try to go to bed and wake up at the same time to keep my sleep schedule consistent.
I usually try to get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep, but sometimes I get like 12. Depends on when I go to bed at night and when I get up. I really need to have a constant sleep schedule and not a random one. x.x
