How many hours do you usually sleep for?

With online studies (soon to be in person study again  ), I get roughly 5 or 6 a night. I really prefer going to sleep early morning, which doesn't fit with the obligated early starts. On days I can actually decide when I wake up, I'll get 8+ hours. I hope soon I'll be able to get a bit more of a stable sleeping schedule, but for now I'm surviving.

i'm not doing too well mentally right now, so my sleep schedule looks more like anytime i'm not at work, i'm sleeping. i think i get about 13-15 hours of sleep a day on work days and around 16-18 if i have the next day off. :<

It depends on the day, weekdays (due to homework and theatre rehearsals) I end up getting around 5-6 hours of sleep, however on the weekends I am sleeping almost the whole time.

Ever since I've started working from home, I've been taking advantage of it...so like 6 hours right now lol

I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep or so or otherwise I fall asleep at 8 o?clock in the evening lol

I go to bed at 1-2am and I sleep for 7 hours, getting up fresh for the day at 9 o'clock. It works great for me and I used to be a heavy night owl so i'm able to stay up and work off of 5 hours.

I usually sleep between 8 to 10 hours per night, but I go to sleep quite early.
Love it when I get my 10 hours.

I try at least 8, but I always end up sleeping for 7 hours and sometimes even 6, and I always feel exhausted when I only sleep for 6 hours

4-12 hours. My sleep schedule is a mess. An inability to get to bed at a reasonable time means that when I set early alarms I am usually working on very little sleep. If I don't set an alarm then good luck waking me up because when I eventually crash I commit to the crash lol

I am trying to improve, but it is so, so easy to fall back into bad habits.

last night i went to bed at 7:30 in the morning and woke up at 11:30 am and ive been up ever since.. its currently 5:54 am and im still awake

I usually get 8 hours of sleep, I'm usually in bed earlier but I can't fall asleep before that point.

It depends on where my mental health is at. If I’m stable it’s usually 8 to 10 hours. If I’m manic it can be anywhere from no sleep to 3 or 4 hours total. If I’m depressed it can go upwards of 12 to 13 hours
