How many hours do you usually sleep for?

hm. honestly, my sleeping is always unpredictable so when i fall asleep + how long i sleep for varies lmao. on good nights, i can sleep for 7+ hours but on bad nights, i usually get 5 hours or less which is never very sexy ;>;

I try to get at least 9 hours. I normally go to bed early, then wake up early.

hmm...sometimes i go to bed at 11 and sometimes i go to bed at 2. i usually sleep until 10-11 no matter what unless its school. so between 9 and 12 hours is the usual on weekends, and 7 to 10 on school days

this has changed quite dramatically now. i usually sleep for 4 to 5 hours a night. i take medication which helps but ill usually wake up 1-2 times during the night. its hard to fall asleep any earlier than 1am because there are people in my house that are usually still up and making noise at that time, sometimes later.

Honestly, I'm not really sure. I usually go to bed at a time that would give me about 7-8 hours of sleep. However, I'll have nights I wake up frequently for no reason and mornings where I wake up earlier due to the sun coming in my room or some loud construction or lawn equipment in our neighborhood. I also highly suspect I may have sleep apnea or some sleeping disorder based on how ****ty I constantly feel no matter how much sleep I get and other symptoms.

i sleep a lot. i'm trying to sleep less but it's hard because i'm exhausted a lot of the time so all i want to do is sleep more than i do. honestly i think i average 8-10 hours of sleep most days.

At least 6 hours, usually it's about 8. I'm in general a person who can't sleep for 10 or so hours, otherwise I would feel more tired and also kinda scattered when I try to go through the day.

7 hours at the most. Sometimes it goes even lower, and rarely goes even higher. The lowest hours I could have possibly slept were 4 hours, while the most was 9.

I try to go to bed early, but I find doing that a bit unfair...

There are some nights where I'm up until 2-3 a.m. despite having to get up at 7 a.m. for work. Usually aim for 7-8 hours.

Thankfully, I sleep through the night without issue. Nothing wakes me up until the sun rises. ☀

I usually try to aim for at least 6-7 hours (on a good night) but my sleep schedule is so out of whack right now, I’d be lucky to even get at least 4-5 hours of sleep. Every time I try to go to sleep early (around 9-10 ish) my body will wake me up two hours later and then I’m up for the rest of the night tossing and turning. I’ve had better luck staying asleep the later I go to bed.

it depends on how much i procrastinate lol. if i procrastinate a bunch, then probably somewhere around 4 hours, but if i dont procrastinate then i get pretty much double that. on the weekends i get 9-10 hours of sleep, maybe 11 if im behind on sleep

6-7 hours usually, if I’m tired I’m unbearably cranky so I try to avoid that as much as possible... :lemon:

4-7 hours, usually in the lower half. I try to take 30-120 minute naps at times to make up for it. My sleep pattern is so out of wack and unhealthy at this point though. 😔

I had a period of time recently where I only slept for 3-4 hours because I just couldn't get to sleep no matter how exhausted I was, but now I sleep for around 6-7 typically. although if I didnt have school stuff going on, I can sleep between 8 and 9 before naturally waking up

I try to stay away from naps when im getting sub 8 hours tho bc then the naps get rlly long and out of hand

When I have work it’s usually anywhere between 5-6 hours because of how early my shifts are. When I’m at college/off I’ll sleep around 8-10 hours. I’m in a phase at the minute that no matter how much I sleep I’m always tired

i sleep around 5-6 hours. it's hard for me to focus doing homework during the day so i stay up at night doing it. then i have to wake up early-ish for work but i take like hour naps before my class since they aren't until the late afternoon

6-7 hours, but not all in one block and I'd love more. Such is life with a 1yr old and one with special needs at that. But regardless, I couldn't be happier!
