I usually aim for 8 hours of sleep. For me, it’s really important for my health and that we shouldn’t undermine it. Of course, sleeping too much is just as bad.
Usually 3.5 - 4 hours a day and it's been that way over past decade. My desire is to have time that's fully completely free so I can nap as much as I crave.
My insomnia is really bad, the most I can sleep is about 5 hours (even if I?m allowed to wake up late). I usually sleep about 2-4. It?s bad for my health, but I can?t do anything about it.
It can depend but I try to aim for at least 8 hours of sleep. I need a minimum of 6 hours of sleep otherwise I can't function, plus I always set an alarm because I can't trust my body to wake up at the time I need to be up.
Mh, around 6 hours, but I wake up at least once per night for some reason <-<
And I don't have a job / school currently, so I am able to sleep as long as I want,
but somehow my body doesn't accept more than 6. ):
Probably somewhere around 6-8 hours (which seems to be the average amount). A past online associate of mine once told me that he typically slept up to 12 hours!
Sleeping too little/much can be problematic though.
it honestly depends, most of the time it's around 7-8 if I have work as most days I have morning shifts, on the weekend it can be anyone's guess and will usually be anywhere between 4-12 hours depending on what I'm doing and who I'm hanging out with. last saturday I went to sleep at 6am and woke up at 10am (would not recommend)
I tend to sleep between 6-8 hours typically. I never feel tired when I wake up so I'm guessing it's a sufficient amount of rest for my body's needs. I've slept for like 12 hours before on occasion though, if I'm really sleep deprived.
I usually get 5-7 hours of sleep. Ideally I would get 8 but I have a lot of trouble with staying asleep and getting restful sleep. There has been nights where it felt like I just laid in bed all night with my eyes closed but wide awake.
I feel like I do best with 9 hours of sleep although I will get anywhere between 6-10 depending on the circumstances. I will sleep for a really long time if I don't set an alarm.
Depends on when I need to wake up. I don't usually get sleepy until 1/2 am, then wake up 'naturally' at about 9 am. (10 is sleeping in to me now) So like 8/9 hours. But if I have an early shift, I will set myself two alarms, one at 5:30 and then one real one for when I need to be up. I don't know why but having a false alarm then actually getting up later helps me wake up more in the mornings.
