lately it has been 9-10, which is too much. i wish i could go to bed at midnight and fall asleep immediately, then wake up at 8 am. instead i fall asleep after 1 am every night and rarely get out of bed before 10 or 11 am
my hours of sleep has changed a ton over the past 10 years, back when i was 14 i would stay up to like 1-2 am then then pass out until like 2 pm (yeah id get like 12 hours of sleep that went into midday, it sucked and i hated the feeling that i lost half a day to it) but now im usually in bed between 9-11 pm and i get up around 7-9 am most days
I try to be consistant with a nice healthy 9-10 hours of sleep, though I sometimes get only 7 or so or upwards of 12. I really want to keep it the same each night so i get the best rest possible. Though I have no alarm its my body waking up at around 7 am every morning by itself! Consistancy really helps with a good sleep : )
I try to get a full 8 hours of sleep most nights, though it can range from 6 hours if I'm binging a show to 10 hours if I'm sleeping in on a day off. I'm trying to make it a goal to be more consistent with my sleep schedule though.
I’m an insomniac with chronic c-PTSD nightmares and hypnagogic hallucinations. Basically... sleep and I are not friends.
I get about 4 hours solid at night and then tend to take a series of 15 minutes naps throughout the day. On the weekends I try to stay in bed as long as possible, but still end up maxing out around 6 hrs unless I take a particular medication.
I am on this amazing pill that actually has eliminated my chronic nightmares (as long as i take it and don’t forget it), but I think I’m so used to approaching sleep with anxiety that I’m still not sleeping well.
i always get around 7 or 8 hours of sleep, unless i don't have to go to work the next day then i automatically sleep longer. i go to bed hella late in general though, usually at 2 or 3 am so i'm still tired all day :/
It really depends
I usually sleep 8-9 hours a day
But when im going trough some stressfull times or feeling anxious ir drops to 4 hours maximum
Im starting to force myself to wake up everyday 5am
This is a healthy habit and for me ir feels like the day becomes longer. Than im trying to go to bes at maximun 10 pm and awakening 5:00am
Right now im still strugling but ill insist until becomes medular
My job has me waking up at unregular hours so there are times it's just 4-5h, which actually isn't too bad once you're used to it but I can only keep it up for 1-3 days, then I need a good 8ish hour sleep ^^ Weekends without setting an alarm it's also around 7-8 hours
On a good night, 7-8 hours max, but regularly just around 5-6 hours. I have insomnia. As of late I've been taking short midday naps, about 2 hours each. During my recent two-week holiday vacation from work I was going to bed as late as 5am/6am which completely messed up my sleep schedule, but now that I'm back to work my body has adjusted to my 9pm curfew faster than expected.
