I think I get about 8-9 hours? I try to be asleep by 11 and then I wake up at around 8 every day (used to be 7 for school but virtual = more sleep). and yet I'm still tired most of the time
Weekdays I typically sleep 7 hours, though I REALLY should be sleeping 6 hours because I REALLY should be waking up an hour earlier.
Weekends I typically sleep 3 or 4 hours. Don't like to waste my weekends sleeping.
Usually about 5 or 6 hours due to being a very light sleeper because of level 2 autism. I do fall asleep slightly quicker ever since using a weighted blanket (which is very comfortable, I can tell you lot from my own experience) for a little over 2 months now, though, but I still cannot properly sleep through the night, sadly.
The last time I slept for 12 hours was once after a long and fatiguing weekend when I was 16, and I so hope to experience that again anytime soon, since that felt absolutely refreshing, in my honest opinion!
My body tends to wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep, but I feel best at 8. I haven't gotten 8 straight hours in YEARS. I go to bed usually around 8-9pm on work nights, it takes a while for me to fall asleep, and I usually wake up anywhere from 2-5am depending on what time I fell asleep. It is my bladder that does it. I have tried not drinking hours before bed, I drink water only most days, but my bladder seems to be on its own clock and after 5-6 hours that is it.
I set my alarm for 6:30am, but I am usually up and awake for the day by 5-6am. I try to stay in bed until the alarm goes off, but I don't like laying there for too long if I can't get back to sleep, and will only stay there if it is way too early to get up, because eventually I will go back to sleep if I stay there long enough.
I miss the days where I could get 8 straight hours of sleep, but since I had kids that went out the window along with being able to sleep through any noise :/
6-7 during the week, 8 or 9 on weekends if I'm really tired. My partner is a night owl so I tend to stay up later than I should during the week hanging out with him. Otherwise I'd probably get more sleep!
The amount of hours I get often changes, sometimes I can go for months sleeping really well and other times I'm unable to drift off and will just lie in bed for hours on end awake, currently I'm struggling on any less than 10 hours but that's is more down to meds then my body. In general I probably get about 7 hours if its a work night and about 9 on other days, this is if I've fallen asleep quite soon after going to bed. When I'm having difficulty sleeping its probably about 4 hours average on and off throughout the night.
I don't have a set schedule, and I'll usually just sleep when I feel like it jsjdjs. I went through a period of time last summer where I'd sleep for 18-24 hours at a time to avoid school. Now I sleep for only around 3 or 4 hours, since I've fallen behind too much in school. It's frustrating but hopefully I'll be able to sleep for a normal amount of time soon :'P
about 6-8h when i can sleep in i think. i used to have a fitbit to track my sleep pattern when i have early morning shifts cause i never sleep well when i have to wake up at 5am... and those were always in the 5-6h
Here lately I've been getting about 6-8 on work days, depending on my schedule. Going in earlier means I have to wake up early, but getting off late means I won't be able to actually fall asleep until at least an hour or two after I get home. On my days off I'll get between 8-10, but I'm usually still tired since I'm trying to make up for lost sleep still.
My ideal would be 9 hours of sleep, but that's definitely not gonna happen lmao
I haven't slept well in months. Sometimes I get 5 hours if I'm lucky. Most nights...maybe 3.
Winter is a hard time...because I need to keep waking up to put wood in the wood-burning stove. If the fire goes out, we do have a propane heater that will heat the main part of the house. But, then that would be a waste of propane. And, it doesn't do as thorough of a job.
So, yeah...between that, and my cat always begging to come in, go out, sleeping on my legs, etc...it's not easy to sleep.
I'll sleep much better in the spring time. There will be no fire duty, and my cat will spend most of his time outside.
5-7 hours is perfect for me, I wake up feeling whole and refreshed for the day. When I sleep in it's usually until 12 or 1 on the weekends where I catch up on hours of work.
Typically about 9 hours for me. ;v; I'd love to be able to get by on 7-8 and wake up feeling rested, but usually even after 9 hours I'm still forcing myself to get up. I do tend to wake up a few times throughout the night/early morning, so I wonder if I'd need less sleep if it wasn't so interrupted.
My brain physically cannot go to sleep any time before 11, and so I have to tire myself out in order to be able to go to sleep. I have to get up early everyday, which is annoying, and I need a lot of sleep because I run and do school and a bunch of other stuff but I dont get as much as I need.
On days where I let myself rest though my body is always veryy happy to sleep and I sleep anywere from 10-14 hours. Once, I actually slept for 18 hours
I like to sleep at least 7 hours but try to aim for 9 or 8. I have problems getting up in the morning, and no matter how much sleep I get I just feel so exhausted when I wake up. This could have to do with the medicine I'm taking, but I'm not sure.
Usually about 6 hours, 7 on the weekend. I don't get as much sleep as I'd like to, though. I tend to wake up in the middle of the night and not fall asleep for another hour or two.
Not enough usually. I’m a night owl at heart so my 8am - 4:30pm job 5 days a week is a struggle. Ideally to get a proper 8 hours of sleep I’d need to be asleep by 11pm to be up for 7:00am. I’m easily not asleep until 1-2am most nights. Come Saturday morning I’m usually pretty behind on sleep so that’s the day I often sleep in anywhere between 10am and 12 noon.
