You do have to play for over 10 days for hours to show up though

If you download the Parental Controls app, it will tell you specially how long you've played for on each day.

I checked before I went to bed last night because I remembered it finally unlocked and I'm at 95 hours. That is nearly as long as I've played Dragon Quest Builders 2 already. To be fair, there isn't much to do since I'm basically out of work. I don't regret it! I'm loving it so far.
