How many villager pictures have you gotten?

Of my current villagers I have: Piper, Julia, Egbert, Cranston, Hopper, and Bill (Who I've had for like a month but Tex, who I've had for about ten months now, has yet to give me his because he hates me, I'm convinced)
I also was able to obtain Mallary, Friga, and Sparro's before they moved out, so I've gotten a total of 9 so far.

I gave 6 pictures away to friends as christmas presents or just a gift, bought/traded with other users, which brings me to the total of 65 pictures. Some of these include dupes.

I've received 20 so far! Stitches has given me his picture twice, so I guess 21.

I have Kid Cat, Tangy, Ketchup, Kiki, Dom, and Cherry... I think? I've been really slow with giving them gifts

From trades? A bunch. On my own? Not even one. As hard as I try to build up friendships with my villagers, I never managed to get a photo from anyone yet. Not sure if I'm not giving them enough gifts or talk with them as often as I should do to increase the friendship level, perhaps I just have bad luck here, who knows.

I have 9 villager pictures, 8 are of my current villagers and the other is of one of my starting villagers Gus. If i get any other pictures it’ll probably be of the NPCs

I think I counted 21. Those are all gained by myself, not traded. I do have gifted pictures and the NPC ones but I didn't count those in.

earlier today i got my first ever picture in the game!!!!!! IM SO HAPPY!!!! I gifted Genji 3 pumpkins and he gave me his picture ToT i usually gift them clothes and stuff it was the 2nd time i give him pumpkins so i didn't expect this

currently have 12! i've been slacking recently, especially since the loss of the fruit stack method + i haven't yet bothered to buy a bunch of wrapping paper to wrap up fruit.

Whoa, I didn't realize this was a thing. This is great. I try so hard not to give my villagers stuff that will make their house look like a hot mess, so this is definitely something I will try soon.

If I say I have gotten zero so far would I get a side-eye from someone XD? I just haven’t been trying hard enough to get the pictures from the villagers, and while initially I wanted to get everyone’s pictures before I let them go, when I’m in desperate need of finding a spot for a dreamie that pops up from mystery island or a giveaway thread, I let them go without a picture if they are not someone that I care enough. Over time I think I just lost the motivation to even try getting pics from my favorite villagers, as it seems that when I play NH my priority had always been terraforming/decorating rather than befriending my villagers. I suppose I can start gifting them fossils, but at this point I’m not really bothered to even start a collection.

not many haha i didnt do the fruit stack gifting, and i only give presents to my villagers every once in a while. i have pictures of my starters (ursula, tybalt, and filbert) and also one from marshal who ive had for about a year now. i invited fang a little bit before marshal, but i still dont have his picture yet.. i guess i should give my villagers presents more often

None and I've been playing since release. I know about the fruit trick but often forget. I'd rather earn them by talking to them everyday and doing tasks like New Leaf but it doesn't seem to work as well with NH.

I'm surprised I don't have more, considering how long I've been playing. Maybe I don't give them enough gifts. XD

I've got four so far -- Jingles pic, carolines pic, marshals pic, and merengues pic! working on getting more from my other villagers ^^ I've been gifting them wrapped fruit.

I have gotten 26 different photos, but also got a second from fauna, 3 from Genji, 3 from bangle, 3 from flurry, two from tabby, two from Cole. (I can’t bring myself to sell any photos at nooks, so not sure what I will do with them as I get more and more from my villagers I am keeping around).

on my second island I have 10 so far - haven’t played that one as much.

I love talking to my villagers, and though I don’t necessarily gift them all everyday anymore, I like gifting them clothes or fruit or wreaths or very occasionally furniture.

of the pictures I got i’d say that about 4 or 5 came as rewards for favors or hide and seek rather than gifts and those felt extra special.

I have a hard time saying goodbye to villagers, and I think having the photo as a sort of ‘achievement’/ memento does make it a little easier.

I accidentally let Flurry leave (rapid B not realizing they were asking to leave). I'd take one of your extras if you want some bells (how much do they sell for?)! Not the same as getting it myself but I don't have any Amiibo cards unless I buy bootleg ones so it's not easy to bring them back.

I've only managed to get a photo from Pekoe and Eunice so far. Pekoe is a permanent character. I'm never letting her leave, but I moved Eunice out after getting her photo to bring in Etoile. Didn't need 2 lambs.

I also do have her amiibo card, and could scan her to my second island and give her to you if you like. I know space is at a premium with only having 10 villagers spots, so often there is no room even for villagers you really like, so no pressure on that end.

I’m open to both options, so just message me and we can setup a photo pick up/ drop off, etc.
