How Often do you Change Your Rep's Outfit?

Once I find an outfit I like in Animal Crossing, I tend to stick with it for a while, especially after I completed the catalog and am no longer seeing new clothes.
At this point, I only change my outfit every couple of months, or when a TBT event necessitates it, what about you?

I never changed my character's outfit. I wear pretty much the same thing (not the same literal outfit, but I do have like six of the same shirt for example, haha) everyday and so does my character. I want him to represent me.

i like changing mine every so often, especially when the seasons change! i also like to keep my want outfits updated to match the current season. she has her regular outfit, farming/gardening outfit, a festive outfit, and some other weather based ones

I voted seasonally but this really (for me) means "whenever I feel like it"

My poor rep has been sitting in the same clothes for at least half a year before I logged on to do TBT dress-the-character stuff!

When I was consistently playing it was definitely a play-it-by-ear kind of task. Some days I really liked my outfit and would leave it on for days and days.

Usually only for events but sometimes I'll get out the wand for a warmer looking outfit when it's winter/late autumn!

Basically never. My island rep's outfit came together within the first couple of months of playing NH, and I've never seen a reason to change it. Events are the lone exception, but even then that's a temporary change for a screenshot before immediately switching back.

almost every time i play, i change clothes. fashion is important and different occasions call for different clothes

with that said, there's a few outfits i tend to rotate between just because i like them the most.

Mmm, somewhere between monthly and never....I do sometimes sporadically change my outfit, but 95% of the time I just keep the diving suit on for inv space so it doesn't even matter. |D

I selected monthly but it is a little longer than that but not necessarily tied with seasons. But like you, now that new clothing isn't a regular thing I'm less incentivized to change.

I change almost every time I play, first thing. It’s like putting on new clothes after getting out of bed. I like this game’s outfits a lot more than previous installments and it makes each play session feel fresh. If I’m playing daily for a while I might change every two days or so instead, but definitely more often than weekly.

Honestly, quite rarely!

Definitely at least seasonally, but most of my outfit switching is via wand when I visit someone's island so I can show them different fits and we can switch depending on what activity we're doing. On my own island I have just pretty basic seasonal looks I like.

When I'm actively playing, every few days. I liked it better in New Leaf when villagers would make relevant comments on full sets, like the wedding outfits, pilot attire, etc. So it's not as exciting for me to change it up frequently.

When I was playing the game every day, I had several outfits in the magic wand, and I'd also change my actual clothes probably every few days. So, I suppose I'd call that weekly rather than daily. I'd especially change my clothes to a raincoat and rain hat if it was raining. I love the rain.

I change my outfit at random times, so it's hard to say. Sometimes I'll wear an outfit for months, and sometimes I'll wear it for just a week.
Recently I found a cool T-shirt custom design, which called for an outfit change. I think it's cool, so I might keep it for a little while, or at least until summer ends.

I never changed my reps outfit. Even in NL when the weather affected them with reactions. Like if I was wearing heavy clothes in summer they'd sweat and fan themselves or not enough clothes in winter would make the shiver and sneeze.

Usually I change them seasonally to match the weather. I don’t have much either so it’s usually the same each time around.

I change my clothes to match my mood and the weather, so I would say every few days or maybe once a week. I mostly cycle between variations of the same few outfits that I like, though.

Outside of Tbt events and Labelle? Never.

At the beginning of the game, I'll mix and match until I gradually find a combo that I love with the clothing I find along the way. Once I've settled on an outfit, I don't tend to change it. I don't usually use custom clothing either, although one of my villagers is based on an OC, so they're an exception to that.

I change mine seasonally! I only have like four different outfits that I switch through. I have favorites and ones that I like more than others! Its so fun to find the new clothes and change as all the AC games include soo many items!
