how often do you remember your dreams?

Not often. I have a poor memory already as it is. As soon as I wake up, I start forgetting the dream really fast.

god i suck at remembering them so bad
i was gonna tell someone they popped up in my dream the other day but then i didn't because i forgot what they were doing there and the follow up is usually "what was i doing?" or something of that nature and i genuinely didn't remember so i didn't say nothing

even prominent dreams i have trouble remembering too but one day i'm gonna start charting my dreams cause i would like to look back at what i did remember and see if there's any sort of significance of any particular dreams i'm having, i like to look into that stuff for fun lol

I remember my dreams all the time as I can control them from the start or during to change the situation.

Pretty rarely. When I have them they’re usually convoluted and pretty long though.

I very rarely remember my dreams, and if I do, it's usually because I've woken up all of a sudden. Once I'm awake, I tend to forget them very quickly too!

I can remember my dreams very well, maybe a little bit too well. It's almost as if my dreams serve as memories in a way.

i remember all my interesting dreams because i come here to post them all
