I use it every now and then. Before I learned you could block specific images with adblock, I'd throw anyone with gifs(unless they were subtle) or large images in sig onto my ignore list.

Please don't name anyone on your list

Will close this thread immediately if any names anyone on their list
^In case anyone considers removing this thread

I don't use it much. I wanted to block this person's sig because it was really annoying and it moved too much for my eyes but they barely post anymore so I rarely see them.

I also was going to ignore anyone who joined that kawaii 1point font trend but I ended up just skipping their posts anyway. They were small enough to avoid looking at. Thankfully not many people type like that anymore.

When people make their posts really fancy by using images or different fonts I'll always ignore it, especially the ones who use tiny writing with a very pastel colour like pink which takes effort to read.
That being said, I've never used this feature and I never plan to.

Oh hey, I forgot the ignore feature existed. Maybe its because I hardly extremely use it.

I guess from the perspective of: I would prefer to see a variety of different views and opinions rather than surround myself solely with people who'll probably say what I want to hear.

I've only got one person blocked on the list just because their posts used to annoy me, and they were practically unavoidable. That being said I've not got anything personal against them, but I'd just rather not have to read their stuff. :')

I actually like it when people try to make their posts look fancy. As long as they're not using pastel colors or large images, I'm fine with it.

I have one person on my list but it's not so I can ignore their posts but rather so I can see if they change their name and/or post in Brewster's.

i dont have anyone on my ignore list, not many users annoy me to the point of blocking, i just ignore them (not the feature, see what i did there?) and move on.

never used it. Basically for the reason Tao mentioned. People who have different opinions make (subjectively) more interesting posts
