I tab in and out of here between whatever I'm doing.
I have a 'no class' rule. If I'm in a class, anything non school related stays off. (Social media, this forum, etc). That's mostly a self discipline thing.
I also don't use the website away from home. If I'm out in public I like to be alert of everything. That's basically my entire phone in general. It doesn't see too much use if I'm out and about.
It depends on the day, but it tends to be pretty often, which is why I set my online status to be invisible. Sometimes I go on the site and only stay for a few minutes and don’t even say anything and I don’t think it’s important if people see that.
In general, when I’m actually doing stuff on the site, I’d say that on weekdays it’s around three to four times a day, and when I’m at school I only use it during lunch, and on weekends it’s just whenever I’m bored of everything else I have to do and check to see that I have a lot of notifications.
I try to pop in a few times a day usually it’s just to check notifications and then I’m off again. Every few days I’ll actually dig through posts and reply but for the most part I’m a lurker.
I check in when I want to, which pretty much means every day. XD And whenever I feel like I should be taking a break from the forums, I can't help but look at posts and everything. save me
almost daily, mainly when im bored lol. i like yapping
but im trying to decrease my activity mainly because every time i see a ping notif from discord (cephalobot) i have a habit of clicking on it lol. the hybrid event a few months ago absolutely broke my notifs because i had notifs on even for post reactions and i was getting like 70 pings every few hours. anyway my ping notifs are now set to just messages and wall posts which clears my mind a lot
also yea my status is invisible because i dont like the feeling that people know when im online. that kinda goes for all my social media accounts except for the online messaging apps i use with my bf and family (messenger and viber)
I usually go on several times a day, but most of the time I just open the browser to see if I have any new notifications and then close it after 5-10 seconds.
I usually pop in multiple times everyday for a few minutes at least. I exclusively browse the site on my phone so I just leave the tab open and visit when I feel like it. I don't usually post when I visit but on occasion I will when a topic interests me or when I want to share my thoughts.
It depends on how invested I am in the forums tbh. I've often gone on long hiatuses/breaks in the past which have lasted anywhere from as little as month to a year, but when I'm invested in the site, it's usually because of an event happening/just happened, so I'll honestly keep my tab open and check multiple times a day. When my interest dwindles though I realize it'll turn into like a few times a day and gradually turns into even longer than that. I have been more active though since 2023, and don't think I've taken any super long breaks like I used to do I the past. I feel like missing out on so many events I wished I could have partook in in the past motivates me to make sure I'm around for events lol. The fomo was too strong and I have regrets.
I like to visit the site periodically, so about a few times a day. I've been posting a lot less in recent times, though... In the (not-so distant) past, I'd check in and post a lot more frequently since I wasn't so busy, especially during an event.
It varies day by day, depending on how much I have going on! Sometimes I'll check-in on and off throughout the day, other times I might look once, and rarely, not at all.
Let’s just say all the time except when I’m on a long hiatus. When I’m on a semi-hiatus, a lot of times it ends up not even being that since I can’t get myself to stop coming here or posting in the happy thread or the bothering thread when I’m really struggling. I love this site way too much; there are things that bother me about the site, but even the more “major” complaints I have can’t keep me away .
