How old do you really feel?

I feel like I'm in my early twenties, too, because I'm still getting used to living on my own and paying my own bills and whatnot without having a panic attack every time I look at my bank account. I've been told that I'm very immature for my age (29), though, and my psychiatrist said it's because I never got to experience being a teenager properly because of my mental health and family issues.

I'm 26 and for the most part I do feel like my actual age. Except when my back hurts, then I feel like I'm 90.

honestly i'm almost nineteen and i have conflicting feelings about this. at times i do feel a bit immature, when it comes to humor and other things, and i'll feel like i'm around sixteen again and still in high school. however other times i feel like i'm in my mid 20s??? i don't know how to explain it but being in college has me on another level of confused at this point

I feel like I'm 100 years old because I feel so connected over old things like 1920 stuff or 1960's (though this is more or less my grandfather's influence which made me gravitate to old music)

Depends on the day. There are factors (Mental, health wise, stress) that dictate how young or old I feel. I feel like the 30s is when the rollercoaster starts going down a bit lol but overall I still feel a bit like im in my late teens
