You need to convince Brewster to follow Starbucks with the trend of pumpkin spice lattes, and to hire you as his supplier as a way to make bells. Then you'd probably become rich because I have the feeling Isabelle would be the type to buy at least 5 pumpkin spice lattes per day to stay awake 24/7 in Resident Services.

Craft some spooky furniture with most of the pumpkins and then save the rest for the food DIY that are coming up.

You can give villagers pumpkins as gifts, too. You can wrap stacks of them like fruit.

And you can eat them for digging up trees and breaking rocks. Or if you just find it entertaining to actually use a toilet in an Animal Crossing game, you can eat them and... do that. XD

Hold on to the pumpkins as you might be able to use them to make food as it looks like they are 1 of the 6 types of produce we can grow in the new update. Plus maybe if you were to wait and hold on to them you might get more money if you sell food you made using them instead of just selling the pumpkin alone.

Craft Halloween items and sell them. Or sell them for bells at Nooks Cranny. Give the pumpkins to villagers to earn their photos. Gift them to friends who need to decorate for Halloween. Too many pumpkins is a good problem to have.
