People trade villagers for a lot of things in return in the game. Only really interesting people actually would pay real money for a villager. I’m not talking amiibo cards or anything, but the actual villager itself from someone else. People tend to trade NMT’s, bells, wishlist items, flowers, etc. As of right now Raymond is worth usually around 1,000,00 in game bells or around 200 NMT. But just because you have him or want to trade doesn’t necessarily mean someone will take him.
Well, he goes for as much as the other person is willing to pay. He has an Amiibo now, so he isn’t as sought after as he used to be. People will give away villagers or sell them. It depends more on if the seller is willing to give away the villager. If you want to sell one and get the most for him, you’d be better off going to Nookazon. Typically users are found giving away villagers here on the forum, or for very little TBT (the forum’s currency).
