I've been at it almost a year now (Japanese 3DS with a digital copy), and I'm continuing to play it. Part of the fun is translation too, I get the purest of Animal Crossing before NOA changed it to make no sense at all! LOL
Nope, you're not the only one. But I think I play the game a bit excessively- spend hours and hours decorating and expanding houses, choosing themes and downloading QR codes to make them really unique, and adding stories to each room. I love making horror-houses, it's so fun
I tend to get addicted to games pretty easily, so what I love about HHD is that it actually has infinite replay value. If you're playing a story driven game, you play it, beat it, and then it's over. But with HHD, you can keep playing and enjoying it and replaying it and loving it all the same. I love the game, and it makes me kind of sad to see people criticize it so harshly.
I like it! It might not have a ton of replay value, but I think that the ton of improvements and add-ons are great. And I think the fact Nintendo is expanding the AC franchise is fun and exciting ^^
Totally agree - I'm just soo pumped that they are expanding the franchise in fun ways.
It's a really fun, cute game, but I definitely take it slow. I'll design a house or two per day and that's it. Otherwise I get, like, designer's block and the rest of the houses I create that day aren't very exciting or inspiring! Haha
I just upgraded the school, built a hospital, cafe and designed Sprinkle's house! That literally knocked me out omg. I legit actuslly got worn out for the rest of the day after that. It was a lot of fun but that proves that I definitely can only design a few buildings at a time or I get exhausted. XD
