that's why i'm saying hero can claim to avoid killing 2 town instead of playing as jester for a free shot. the only risk is that hero becomes nk, but vig shot in itself/playing as jester is a huge risk. hero can claim tomorrow if anything.

Whats the point of you claiming? You said it was to avoid distraction but all you've done is bring attention to yourself. Obv everyone cannot be green but thats why everyone doesn't role claim. All its doing is bring suspicion onto yourself. If someone claims a blue role and they are really just a townie for the purpose of taking a hit if the the town who are you helping? All you're doing is hurting the town and giving maf a free kill.

Sadly by now, it makes me a half decent players, since I don't know the other half of the game, and it will always lead to play the same, because is the strategy that works for Ace T

More of a lean than a read, I feel that in this specific situation where you have shown anxiousness (you can say you aren't but I sense it) about newbies being messy and claiming that you are powerless to control how a member of town has the ability to be a detrimental NK or actually get to do something with their role that assists town, which comes from a good place because you're inflicting your own convictions on the gamestate to prevent a bad scenario from happening and that's just...townie ime. Not impossible as elaborate wine but it's unproductive to be paranoid on day 1.

after 2 games of people claiming blue when they've been townies to bait claims and wind up seeming guilty/throwing town off, i'm gonna kick this game off by claiming green to prevent that from happening. i'm wario the townie. idk anything about wario (or mario series in general) or why he's townie, but dan said he's in mario 64 ds and playable

i see this claim going 1 of 2 ways:
1. i become low hanging fruit for mafia to jump on/start a wagon to make town sus me, i'm eliminated, and my claim is confirmed
