Is anyone else miffed that you can only have on island per switch?

I know, I know, 'it's a console, that's the way they are'
But I have a list (a short list, 2 inch list but still) of namesand themes! Now I'm trying to decide which to use. :C
I've been so spoiled by having 3 towns.
meh. feh. I still need to actually buy a switch.
Once I see how things are, I can work with it but I hate not knowing and trying to plan it.

I have to assume what you mean because I have no idea what you're talking about! When I saw it on someone's blog, I took a step back and thought "What. The. Heck. Is. Two. Towns. On. One. Console?" Please, someone fill me in? It sounds like a hacked town. Or maybe the same SD card with different console?

I assume you mean you play the game with one console and then have a second one and play it on there. This would be problematic for young children (which this age group is mainly targeted, but are 20-year-olds are still allowed to play?) because not everyone's money grows on trees, especially a young family of three, perhaps.

What I am trying to say is, once upon a time, I shared a town with my brother because we didn't have enough money to buy another cartridge of the same game. This would also be with other families, especially the ones where they think sharing a game is necessary to save money (which they are 100% correct) but sometimes you just want to have multiplayer with your brother.
