is there any kind of alert or notice that goes out prior to a collectibles re-stock?

I saw some posters mention that a countdown clock was used in the past; also, this past week some were mentioning they saw a notice of imminent re-stock. Is it a notice at the top of the forum? and how much advance notice is given??

It's usually a big banner with the time of restock and a link to a count-down clock; if anyone remembers the fire festival banner it's like that but instead it says direct/restock instead. Typically it's a day to a week's notice, or in some cases shorter or longer

The apparently aren't going to be doing them anymore because of snipers.... but snipers are snatching all of the candy now since they're on like 24/7.
You can now expect to never buy rare collectibles yourself anymore unless you have super luck and perfect timing, or they are in infinite stock.

None. They're not doing any for any of the Halloween restocks. Best bet is to stalk the forums from 5 pm to 1 am since that's the time frame all of the restocks happen from what I've heard.

CST I think. I'm probably wrong, but that's what it seems like. You'd have to ask the people who managed to make it for the exact time they got theirs.

Don't worry, they usually stock at different timezones (most of the time AEST/GMT/PST), so you should be able to be awake at most restocks.
