Could anyone make these song parts into island tunes I’ve tried to do it myself but I have not been successful

Yes, it is true that Town Tunes are 4 seconds long, but then it can only fit 16 notes so that doesn’t mean the snippet should be 4 seconds long. Since the snippet you requested contains more than 16 notes, this is the best I could come up with.

I think this one is better, even though I cut out the part at the beginning of the snippet due to the above-mentioned limitations, but I hope you don’t mind either way.
