If doctor is dead maf knows that, IF cop survives to D2 there's no doubt mafia would CC them anyway, it's only optimal you lynch between cop claims today.

So in turn I thought I could take away mafia's option to CC cop today by baiting the real one and retracting, but it doesn't look entirely good when Fefe and I have polar results.

The plan was much better in my head

I feel like I'm going in circles but; you would've been CC'd tomorrow on MYLO if you didn't out today, is what I'm trying to convey.

Today is 6 vs 3, hitting maf is 33% chance, but those 3 only need to convince 2 other people which is not really that hard, a mislynch is inevitable when randomly lead. Someone lynches 5vs3
Maf kills someone 4vs3
If cop lives, Cops CC, mafia just need to convince 1 town.
If cop dies, well you have no outted cop reports.

Cop not claiming today is town suicide.

and ESPECIALLY when you have a maf report. If you died tonight you're Volt maf result is dud. If you live, you'd be CC'd and can fight with Glow or Tom or whoever it is.

Ya in retrospect I can see how that would look horribly stupid to from another player's POV, I was waiting for glow or fefe to CC but fefe CCing my result kind of took me surprise of how coincidental it was that we got opposite reads.

You don't need to start a counterwagon, but if you are truly town the town play is to appeal to us to convince us. There is no night chatter for us, so if you are town aligned like you claim to be you need to start a case for that now and not gumming up D2.
