I have been here for 1 year today. I only joined for a look around.
I have been part of the AC forums for 13 years doing what I do and regret only joining TBT a year ago.
I don't often get involved with the community except for events, but I see the friendships that have been made here and how accepting members are of new members.
It is an amazing community and the staff here are second to none with all they do to keep the site fresh and fun.
Here's to the first year of many more. :)
 
Eight years today! Time sure flies when you're enjoying your time here.

I remember first getting here, hoping to get "dreamies" for my NL town, and giving away my first villager (Bones or Goldie?). I've made friends here, and have had fun during events. While I was generally off and on, I've always looked forward to coming back to such a friendly and inviting community.

Good gravy, I can't believe it's been FOUR years since I joined this forum! 😲 If I'm being honest, I may have bumped into TBT a few years prior while looking up Animal Crossing fan art. While I went through this forum for AC stuff at first (mainly New Leaf), I eventually found myself looking through other boards not related to the series and putting in my thoughts. One of the reasons that made me really happy why I joined TBT is because of the friends I've made here over the years. The community is generally pretty friendly and accepting of others and I really appreciate that.

And the forum events, wow! I didn't join any of them until last year in 2021, but I can tell you for sure that I had a lot of fun and made memories from them, particularly from TBTWC 2021 and Camp TBT. My profile picture (albeit outdated since it's still winter-themed LOL) says a lot, even from a part of my username! The number 515 is the points added up together from those two events with 170 and 345 points respectively. Team Blue's Clues and The Poliwags forever! 💙

Thanks for the memories, guys. I'll cherish them for a very long time and will continue to be on here for quite some time. 😁

This coming Sunday, or July 17th, marks 9 YEARS I've been on TBT. I didn't think I'd still be here by now, but I am, and it's just an amazing testament to the site itself. I've made so many friends and memories along the way. I've laughed, I've cried, I've had good times. When nowhere and no one else could be there for me, TBT and its many, many, many friendly users was there for me. This place is filled with so much fun and joy. Even if we aren't friends, I have to say that everyone here is truly unique and cool in their own way, and shouldn't let anyone tell them otherwise. To put any more of this into words wouldn't do it justice, so I'll just leave it at that. TBT helped give me my wings. Thanks a bunch!!! 💚

 
9 years! Who knew I would be back here and so involved so many years later. I remember distinctly thinking to myself "why would anyone expend tbt on collectible icons when they can use it to acquire in-game goods?"
Ah, what a missed opportunity to get some ancient collectibles early on...

I’ve been crazy busy lately, but I just realized that I hit my 9th anniversary earlier this week.

Time sure flies. I can’t believe I’m this close to a decade on here already. Thanks for the amazing memories everyone, and here’s to many more! :)
 
I just realized I hit my 4 year anniversary earlier this week too! I wasn't even paying attention with all the Fair activities going on. Thank you TBT for being such a wonderful place to hang out! ❤️

This is just such an amazing community and I am just so happy and grateful to have found you. I have made a few very special lovely friends and just love being part of it. Thank you for putting up with me ✨💜✨
