Julian has not asked to move out yet! I can TT him out by tomorrow afternoon or earlier for you! I expect the same for Marina, so constant contact is crucial!
I want to go and get Marina first. Why? Because I don't trust anybody after being scammed multiple times ;-; I give you my word that Julian is sitting right here in my town, I can even offer a pre-moving visit so you can be sure you're not getting scammed
