this readslist is kind of wild/baseless (how are you townleaning frogslime on like 1 post) and sort of seems like a mish-mash combo of readslists that other people have posted. like literally copy pastes from a few different players' reads

Really my only experience is playing it with friends at school but it’s much more simple obviously.
I think I’m doing ok for my first time playing it here tho

this also strikes me as weirdly defensive, i think a less experienced townie would have probably downplayed their reads/backed off them a bit here

To me I was under the impression they were forced out, and with the information that they're new to TBT, it seems like that's why.

they’re just gut reads so i’m not convinced of an alignment yet so yea. there’s no progression for me to examine

daniel noted aerious backing off reads that 'people don't seem to agree on', but when ace did that (shamelessly) all he did was ask what ace's intention was, rather than pointing it out with a frame that implies he thinks that is something scummy to do, as he did with aerious

he doesn't. i haven't played mafia for 3 years, and even that was tos. forum mafia on tbt was 6 years ago. everything from daniel towards me feels like ad hominem vs actually characterizing my playstyle. it's what i've been saying -- it feels as though i'm being held to a higher standard

Why... was that something worth giving town-credit for.
And why did you following that want aer to post one. What did YOU get out of it @toadsworthy.

i mean you’ve only played one game here i think you’re overstating your meta

clear answers are how we know you’re genuine. you telling us that isn’t convincing. you need to be transparent with your thought process but i don’t see that with the glow wagon

Daniel I honestly try, but my answers are never good enough, or not buyable enough. So I dig deeper and deeper, and make a mess but in my mind, it honestly feels like help, but I don't want to be boring either. So yes we still have 20 something hours, and I will try harder, to be helpful, but right now I'm frustrated, crying and not thinking straight, so I don't wanna ruin the game experience for anyone so I'm gonna go.

Call it a gut feeling, but I suspect glow, it started as a joke to get reactions, but idk, I could have chosen anyone, yet I chose glow. so I will keep my vote.

serious has explained her reads, ace hasnt. i’m really trying to get out the reasoning as to why teddy is voting for you but I don’t see it. I thought it was a reaction test but he’s still sticking with it

Loth is a brand new player (pretty sure) if she was scum I would've expected 1. more hesitation 2. reads that were way middle of the road... Loth produced reads that were quick and had solid reads which to me means they are trying to scum hunt, which gives them town credit... if anyone can find Aerious's reads I'll be done with asking people to produce reads

I wasn't looking at the quality of her reads but moreso her actions... I wouldn't read into any of those reads anyway lol, because of the inexperience. which is why I don't bat an eye at the frogslime thing

1. Lothitine - null/scum lean Loth is too new for me to tell if it's ignorance or AI. I want to see their play in the upcoming days, because the contribution to town has been meaningless and parroting imo. Leaning on ignorance due to mixing up Epona and Punchy.
2. Ness - town lean/null For reasons I stated earlier. The 2KP misunderstanding leans away from mafia.
3. Teddy345 - null/scum lean Faux bandwagon could've thrown town off. Best case: Shawo and Toads are town. Worst case: Shawo and Toads are mafia. Why did he immediately back off and get defensive instead of justifying his reasoning, especially if this was to benefit town? Why throw an easy wagon just because not enough attention was on him?
4. Feferily - null
5. Toads - null - Has been aiding town, but also overly explained ATE to Epona. Toads can go either way for me at this point.
6. Shawo - null - Somewhat aided town, haven't seen enough to definitively lean either way.
7. glow - null
8. Sensei - scum lean Not a huge fan of people avoiding the topic at hand. Sensei responds without adding much else beyond parroting. Time zone and not wanting to isn't an excuse if you can type two lines about people.

11. Daniel - town/maf By the way Daniel's taken the lead and seems self-assured, I'm thinking he has PR regardless. Either he's 100% town preparing to take the lead, or 100% mafia preparing to deceive town.

13. Mayor Leaf - town lean/null Mayor Leaf's been contributing and confident. The sole reason it isn't fully town is because someone mentioned this not being on par with a past game. Could be overcompensating, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

i don’t really agree. it could be as town yea but it can also just be maf throwing in some random reads. being unable to explain them doesn’t convince me of an alignment. i think you’re being to quick to townread them

From what I can tell Aerious has made a lot of solid posts... with one caveat. They tend to 'Exaggerate' for lack of a better word when describing things. This comes off as a bit abrasive but I still think Aerious has made a lot of good reads (even if they were only about posts) and is following the game well, so I'm going to go ahead and say that they're probably a top town-lean for me.

And to clarify, I mean that other than describing Ace's actions as a throw, they pretty much hit the core of why outing rushed reads in regards to a bad rxn test was something they had an issue with.

i have to say, you keep holding a standard over my head despite the fact that i'm starting to get back into the jive of things. i'm admittedly rusty. i haven't backed away when people don't agree, i'm asking because i want reactions to compare statements to. saying that i'm non-confrontational because i'm trying to lay a foundation is hasty. you also have to keep in mind that thus far, it feels like not much has been accomplished, so it feels like i have to brute force reactions. teddy threw the one thing that could've provided info on shawo/toads. what about the non-committal noobs who've parroted what everyone else has said? i've been trying to put together my own judgments thus far. inc my list just to clear the air

found it, now I know you have experience and I find it really weird that all your scum leans are on "Easy targets" I feel like you aren't trying to work towards resolving which one to eliminate rather than, you felt compelled to do this as kind of like a defensive to appear town... and all your content is all over the place. nothing seems town helpful imo
