RULES
1. NO RESERVATIONS. Villagers may only be claimed when they are announced to be in boxes. Any villager that comes up as reserved is reserved under special circumstances at the cyclers discretion.
2. Please don't sell these villagers! We're doing this to help people complete their dream village, not to help you make a profit. Trading is fine, so long as you don't charge the trader.
3. I (Ishimaru) am a full-time university student, so some nights will be slow for cycling. Please be patient with me!
4. Villager claiming will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If the user who has claimed said villager does not respond in fifteen minutes, the villager will be offered to the next responder or voided. If no one should respond in fifteen minutes, the villager will be voided.
5. To request a villager be taken from autovoid, let us know. However, if they decide to move without telling us and you aren't there to get them, to the void they go

6. No more than one villager may be claimed from this thread from any one user within a 24-hour period.
7.When someone is announced to be in boxes, PLEASE do not post unless you want to claim them. It throws people off. Feel free to post about lurking/wanting someone/thanking someone as long as no one is in the 15 minute boxed period.
8. Top-Tier Popularity villagers will require dream villager proof, either by signature, "About Me" page, or recent activity.
Rules are subject to change as we deem necessary.
