last film you watched!

Duck Soup, for my film studies class. I do not get the Marx brothers at all...

Despicable Me 2.

I don't care for most animation films, but this movie was actually really, really hilarious.

Liberal Arts

It was a cute movie, however I thought the ending was extremely abrupt and left me "empty."

One Missed Call 3: Final. After waiting for years for it to be released on region 2, my mother gave up and ordered a US import - which meant she wanted to borrow my (multi-region) DVD player. In exchange, I also got to watch it... and she treated me to Chinese food and wine. :D

The three key characters are played by Jang Keun Suk, Maki Horikita and Meisa Kuroki - all of which are actors I've liked in other films/TV programmes, and they didn't fail to disappoint me in this. It's a different twist on the series, but it was enjoyable. I'm not sure if I would have liked it as much if it were for actors I already like being in it though.

Fanny och Alexander is an amazing Swedish movie.

I've respected Ingmar Bergman (1918-2007) for such a long time, his films are some of the greatest wonders I have ever seen. This movie being his final theatrical release before his death, will always to me be one of his finest films.

Le Gendarme de Saint-Tropez, thought it would be like a really funny classic but i was disappointed :C

Network.

Great satire, it makes me just "mad as hell" to wonder why it's one of the least-remembered movies from the 70's. It's an amazing movie.

Annie Hall.

Excellent romantic comedy film. People only began to hate on this movie just because it won Best Picture over Star Wars, but this movie is the more deserving one. I thought Star Wars was just great, but it could never match Annie Hall at one point. It doesn't mean I hate Star Wars, I don't. But it's just not as deserving as Annie Hall.
