I wouldn't bid what I don't have, what I'm not willing to pay. I'll go to 100m if I have to. The only way I can get Marshal is through bidding or exchanges, and I'm iffy about exchanges. Even if it burns a giant hole in my pocket I would rather pay 75m than try to do an exchange and get scammed.
