Me and my dumb luck

I got married last tuesday. And all was well except that the day after my new husband got not one, but TWO abscesses on his gumline. I've been up the last week afraid he's going to die or something. He has to go back to work today or he'll be fired and I'm worried out of my mind so I'm venting/trying to distract myself.

So. How are you guys?

I had an abscess before. It was near my neck and it was blocking my breathing pipe. The abscess was drained, but I could have died if the abscess was there any longer. It was a terrible experience, and I am sorry that you husband has to go through this. He should be excused from work if it is a medical emergency. He definitely shouldn’t be fired because of it. When I had my abscess, I was in the hospital for a week. I was excused from school because of it. I’m doing better now. This was over two years ago, but it was quite the experience.

I am okay, though. I just woke up. I hope you are okay.
