Desktop or mobile?

It was hard to choose between the two options, because I use both regularly. I prefer the desktop site, but if I'm not already at my computer, it's just easier to use my phone.

i’m basically always on my laptop just because it’s sm easier!! but I’ve been away a lot this month so I’ve actually been managing from my phone through a decent bit of the fair. how I managed the Celeste plus rush on mobile I’ll never know

I use mobile more, but usually prefer desktop! I feel like I have fewer misclicks and typing errors when the interface is bigger.

Mobile only because i don't have a laptop in good condition. And it was my only one so i'm stuck with the phone. I don't like the mobile version.

I use my mobile the majority of the time out of convenience. I always have it with me, I don't have to "set it up" or have a space dedicated to it.

That said, I prefer my desktop and laptop, I just don't get as much opportunity to use them. I pretty much only use them when my partner is at work or I need to "do something real quick". It feels ignorant to spend my free time away from work ignoring my partner on my desktop.

Mobile either can't or isn't ideal to do most of the things I want a computer to do such as gaming, audio recording and editing, art, a lot of the "admin" for my music stuff. It is however convenient that I can play a rubbish version of Runescape whilst on the crapper in work.

I use mobile. The only time I’ll go on desktop is if I’m changing my signature on here or something to make sure it looks okay on desktop. The only other site I use on desktop is twitch but that’s only when I’m at my computer so I can watch a stream while I’m doing whatever on my computer

I'm a UI/UX enthusiast, so I favor the desktop view / perspective in browsing the internet. There's delightful characteristics of designs that web designers craft simply for the desktop view compared with mobile-first design perspectives (also known as responsive web design). Some examples can be found on webdesignmuseum.org, most notably of my favorite trends ranging from the 2000's years timeline.

Though, I get disappointed with the modern web design trends and their decisions in UI/UX. Viewing what seems to be a majority of the modern web feels quite bland due to a reason that it's probably churned out with saturated and / or bloated web frameworks like CSS' bootstraps frameworks for example.

And as for mobile-first perspectives,I find that mobile designs is more befitting for on the go or going out and about when you need to view certain information on the internet. But, for decisions being that mobile-first means there can be constraints that can affect the full desktop views in terms of building the structure of a web template. That is another reason where I feel disappointed in modern web UI/UX.

I tend to use the mobile version more often because I'm on the go a lot, and my desktop computer is literally a desktop computer and cannot be moved easily. but if I had to choose between the two I def prefer the desktop version, it's a lot easier to type and navigate and upload stuff :)

Definitely Desktop. I'm a Competitive Pokémon player and the accepted simulator the community uses to run battles is on Desktop and is such a pain to do it on mobile because then you can't calculate (for those who don't play Pokemon: each move does a certain % of damage and knowing that is really useful).

Desktop for sure. It's a lot easier to type, upload images, listen to music, etc. Also, I hate typing on a mobile keyboard, so there's that.

Desktop because thats the only one I use! I dont have a mobile phone and have never had one and the only time I ever used the website in a different format was on my Kindle Fire! It was good for quick messaging but thats it.

Both? But I'm mainly on my desktop for TBT a LOT more. Although I'll pop in on mobile from time to time, when I don't feel like getting on my PC >w>

Desktop all the way something about having a bigger screen and a septate space to type is more comfortable in my hands than using a mobile to have to type and so on.
