near-death experiences

No, I've never been close to dying. I've never had any bad injuries either... (the worst thing that ever happened was a deep cut or maybe when I hit my head really hard that one time....dunno xD).

When I was 2 I fell off the couch and my head was headed towards the corner of the coffee table. When my dad walked in, he saw an invisible force push me to the side

This happened to me when I was 2 (but without the invisible force bit). xD
I had a huge bump on my head for ages lmao

At the beach, one of the big floaty thing with like 10 people on it went over me due to the waves, and when I tried to come up for air all I could feel was the bottom of the boat thing. So yeah I had to swim for my life to get out from under it, but the waves was making it really hard for me. I thankfully made it out though and yeah that was hella scaryyy

Ohh man, I dunno if this should told o:
But I went on vacation with some friends out of the country, and the hotel we stayed at was fairly nice and had good ratings about it. Our room had like a fence of a balcony and a small ledge just past the fence. One night a friend and I got curious and because we do this all the time we sat over the fence and on the ledge talking and taking pictures, the friend I was with wanted to take a selfie HANGING ON THAT LEDGE, with her legs not to mention she wasn't supporting herself with her arms either omg so she did hang and she almost fell. If I had't caught her in time she would've fell and I could've been taken blame for as "pushing her down" or something man it was scary time too because I could've fell with her gah %^#*

Well, its not a near-death, more of a near-passed out if I would say so myself. I was taking a shower last year, when suddenly I started feeling tingly and my sight was bright and blurry. I never had this happened to me before, I don't even know how it occurred. I had to escape the shower and sit down for a bit. Luckily, I didn't pass out, but man, that was scary. Still, don't know what happened. Was the water too hot? I may never know.

One time when I was a kid, my parents took me and my siblings shopping because we needed new clothes for the season. It was after a rainy morning or something so the ground was still wet and had puddles. When we arrived at the store, I got out of the car and walked towards the store. When I came close to a puddle, about a feet away, a lightning bolt shot down right at the puddle, right in front of me. Somehow I noticed it a second before and stopped immediately and saw it happen. Yet, for some reason, my parents never saw this happen :/ They didn't believe me when I told them afterwards.

a long while ago my whole family and I went on vacation
I was being silly and I got in one of those little leg floats for young kids (I was like 9 or 10 at the time), I can't remember what it was but the floats were balancing me the wrong way because I was way too heavy for them (I was kinda chubby too)

I went completely under and struggled so much, flailing my arms trying to get back out, but my brother just casually pulled me out like "hey you should be more careful"
my parents were just sitting there in the chairs and they really didn't care for some reason? I was probably overreacting, if they didn't care.

I probably wasn't in danger of losing my life, but it sure felt like it to my unrealistic younger brain

I overdosed on some pills I found at my great grandma house. At first I didn't feel anything but after awhile I started shaking and feeling this burning itchy feeling in my stomach. After awhile my heart started beating fast, then I laid myself on the floor and began convulsion. I was in so much pain to the point I just wanted to die. After awhile, the pain began to subside and I just black out. Next thing I know I was fading in and out of consciousness in the ER.

I didn't see no light. No siblings coming down to bring me to the other side or "to go back", I didn't exist.

this was darker than my lungs after a night of chain-smoking cigarettes to depressing songs after a bad break up.

i'm glad you survived that, though.

i mean i wasnt actually physically about to die since nothing had happened yet, but like, i'd b dead if i hadnt been stopped so.,
when i ws 12 i was gonna kms because i was depressed or somethgn. i was gonna drown myself n i had just gone into the water when a stranger atopped n yelled at me to get out bc it was october or something. they stayed until i left lol n if they hadnt been there im sure i would have done it (although maybe i wouldnt have succeeded but yeah it would have been an actual attempt then)

Once I went to a remote beach with my friends and the waves were quite big. Big enough we didn't go near them. My friends little sister wandered to close to the shore and a wave knocked her down. I quickly got her and dragged her out just in time so the second wave didn't hit her. In doing so I got hit and pulled under. I tried to find up, but couldn't. Just when I thought I was out of breath the hand of my friend grabbed my arm and pulled me out. It took a while to get the sand out of my mouth and lungs. That was pretty close to death.

The three times I can remember near death experiences all revolved around water.

me and my mom almost got murdered by this crazy chick that was stalking my dad. i was a little baby when it happened, and me and my mom were driving down this one highway when this chick suddenly rammed her car against mom's. besides the car me and my mom turned out okay, my dad got a restraining order against the chick and she's been out of our lives since.
