Neutral Feedback Counts as Negative

Okay, I'm rather confused.

I've just left a neutral WiFi rating for someone but on their ratings page where it shows the total positive/negative ratings, it's left a mark as negative. At least on the page where it shows the individual ratings it's listed as neutral but I want the overall impact to be neutral, not negative!

Is there even any real difference between leaving a neutral or negative WiFi rating? I'd much rather there was a difference. :/

I think there is a difference, I am sure I have seen a neutral rating before and it just shows up like a line like this - and it's green? I don't know it could of been a dream XD

I've just looked into this and the feedback you left definitely shows up as neutral, not negative. Neutral feedback doesn't contribute to the overall feedback score, which is why it shows that they have 0 feedback in all boards where the Wi-Fi rating is visible.

If you could provide a screenshot of where you're seeing the negative rating I can try and help further, but from my end it's showing up correctly as neutral.

Nevermind - I'm a complete idiot and didn't notice there were three icons for positive, neutral and negative. Thought those numbers on the right were to do with "members who left positive" and "[...]negative".
