About Your Design: An abandoned merry go around placed in the middle of an island, it seems to be in good running condition. The people running the concession stands must have been here awhile they’ve turned into skeletons. Very eerie.

About Your Dream: Benjamin finally graduated the School of Magic and Wizardry, but ever since then, the island has been getting spookier and spookier. If you follow the path to the right of resident services you will see what I mean! And if you cross the bridge and follow the glowing moss all the way to the back of the island, you will eventually come to Benjamin's house, which is where he spends all of his time now, doing who knows what crazy magics...

About Your Dream: There's this cramped alleyway situated between Genji's house and a thin canal of water. I walk by it almost daily on my way to work, but the neon barriers always have kept me from doing much but stare. Not that there was a lot to stare at. I could usually only pick up flashes of metal and the slight scent of rusted iron, remains of an abandoned city. The summer's flood has long carried away whatever secrets this place may have held. Squinting further into the narrow lane, I catch a glimpse of my old apartment through the rain. Its high walls were still stained with dried blood, a crimson shade I was not unfamiliar with. A wry smile makes its way onto my face.

I suppose there are some things the water can never wash away.

Hi! If you decide to check out my DA, there's a pipe right in front of the bed that will take you to the entrance of this area. Everything else is unfortunately blocked off because the real horror is the state of my island. There's also a ladder on the floor in front of the alley that can be used to climb to rooftops! Also please note that there is some blood present in this build.

About Your Dream: pure key wasn't gonna decorate much for halloween, but then the option of dream sharing came up and our island rep decided to go nuts. maybe too much? maybe not enough? regardless, we've got the plaza all decked out for the fearful festival, a perfectly ordinary carnival, a musical performance that's probably something to shake a bone at, [REDACTED], and more. come dumpster dive for costumes to dress up in, but don't wander too far off either. lest you run into some monstrous horrors

About Your Design:
In front of the Resident Services building the plaza extends almost to the Airport entrance. This little square here changes it's decor accordingly to the season and obviously it's the spooky season now. The pumpkins and skeletons appeared, crickets and creepy music elevate the unsettling feeling when crossing this very important part of the island. Oh, and who's that strange person in the back holding the lantern?... Better be careful.

I've been working on mine but it's a ridiculous amount of moving things around, removing excess flowers that had overrun my island, etc. I obviously hope to get it done and submitted before Halloween itself, and also doubt I'd win a nomination anyhow, but just wanted to ask. As long as you submit before the deadline of this event (even if it’s the last minute on the dot) you will be eligible for staff favorites. This is not a community-run staff favorite nomination event so you don’t have to worry about that. The event hosts will be looking through the DAs again once it closes so we have some time to make our decisions.
