Notification glitch

Hi,
Yesterday I received a Visitor message notification, went to look at it . Ever since it STILL tells me I have ? new notification when i don't. What should i do? I can post ? screen if you don't understand what i mean >_<

I had this once before, I don't remember how I made it go away though. Idk I probably would've done one of these things though;
1) log out then log in again
2) open up the visitor message on my mobile
3) open up the message on its own by clicking the 'view conversation' thing next to it

Idk I really can't remember what I did, it might have even gone away by itself, but that is some stuff I would have tried.

Try deleting the visitor message that gave you the glitch.
