Maybe Tia or Merengue? They strike me as kind of fancy. Also Chrissy and Francine if you like them (personally I don't but maybe they'd fit)

I've never been a big fan of Chrissy and Francine but I just moved them into my newest town that has a pink/blue/white theme. I LOVE them for it. I've found that with other villagers. I don't like them until they just seem to fit the town theme. I love Tipper and Goose, whom I have in a Zelda themed town. (Kakariko) The town was practically made for them.
