I was very excited about Overcooked the moment I saw it! The game is pretty amazing, buuuut - it doesn't support online multiplayer and it's really made to be played with friends. I got the first Overcooked on Switch and thought I'd be fine playing by myself, but it's near impossible: the game is just so difficult... and really, it's made to be played with friends, so there's that. Another thing to note is that it doesn't have online multiplayer, just local co-op. Though, I'm not sure if the 2nd game is the same with co-op!
Overcooked is pretty hilarious and a great game, but get it only if you have friends or family who can come over and play with you. : ) Overcooked is kind of like Worms and if you've ever played Worms - sure, it can be fun solo but it really shines when you play with someone else.
Hmm... I'm thinking of games to recommend you if you don't have anyone to play with.
Have you seen Little Dragons Cafe? It's about two kids who are trying to manage a cafe with their mother; the graphics and art style are amazing - very cute and nice to look at. The cooking is simple but fun and it's like one of those Tycoon games - you need to serve the food, prepare it, etc. I've played only a bit of it but it seems fun.
What else... how about PixelJunk Monsters 2? It's a tower-defense game where you need to protect these strange bug-like children from monsters who try to attack their home. And you do it by building towers (air, ground, all-purpose). It's really fun and relaxing, but also challenging! I haven't beaten the first level in 2 tries, haha. :3 The customization and the art of the game are gorgeous - everything looks adorable, even the monsters!
