I'm soooo hungry right now.

Do I make carbonara buldak ramen, or eat curry cup noodles again 😭

OR, do I cook something? I'm at my friends house, all by myself. I feel nervous to just 'help myself'. ;w;

currently listening to an animal crossing playthrough as I make pasta :D
Been watching quite a few recently, its fun seeing it all come together for some people.

I was going to get up but I have a kitten cuddled under the blankets with me and a chonky girl now on my feet. I’m hope my chonky girl doesn’t try to lay where Spanky is again 😅. She has done that a few times and Spanky always ended up leaving. 😔

Sound like a really good reason not to get up. In fact that's the best reason not to go to school, work, or any commitments! 🥰

Need to collect the last spores but... I'm so burnt out... *cough*

I think I successfully resisted the urge to apologize a zillion million times for once. It was really hard, but I’m going to keep trying to fix it. I’ll probably forget again somewhere along the line, though. But at least for now, it’s going to be on my mind for some time

i've been trying to order a jumper off vinted for weeks now, but twice in a row i've picked sellers who just let their window of time to deliver it expire and so i have to get a refund and find it again.. i've gone for a slightly different jumper this time but the seller has already taken a couple of days with no message and i'm getting a bit nervous. this feels like terrible luck??

I just got my One Piece cookbook; the hardcover is a lot thinner than the spiral bound. I hope they’ll have another cookbook for the later arcs since it looks like it doesn’t cover even half and not as many recipes as I thought there’d be. I love it though and how it shows excerpts from the manga, like for the cherry pie recipe it shows blackbeard and luffy! 😂 I thought that scene was pretty funny; at the time I had no idea who that guy was.

I enjoyed seeing Orlando Disney World, but I wish I had my thoughts in order at the time.

My family went only one year after the shooting at my school, and I still hadn't been feeling okay in crowded places. I walked through Hollywood Studios and kept expecting a gunshot, everybody to start running, or for things to break into chaos.

It was still a great trip. Although at the time though nothing felt safe to me. I'd love to do it again someday as I'm now doing much better.

Good on Nintendo for not sticking too hard with the high standards of OoT because then, entries like MM, WW and TP and even SS would have been way too similar, but now Nintendo needs to remember that not every next gen Zelda game needs follow in the footsteps of BotW/TotK

Gosh, it's complicated lol

I began to enjoy gaming more when I stopped caving to the pressure of playing or doing whatever is popular.

I've tried to force myself into liking Elden Ring or whatever was popular that year. I'd rather just turn on a weird anime style visual novel or do stuff like try to beat Metroid NES with a hand drawn map.

I learned that it's most important to enjoy myself. Even if that's not being a 'gamer' by any traditional standards.

I swear to god there's something up with socks and dryers. My mom did a load of colors, and when she was folding them, she couldn't find the match for one of my socks. She looked in the dryer with a flashlight and still couldn't find it. She did a load of darks—the missing sock still didn't turn up.

I washed my sheets today. I never sleep in socks or take them off in my bed, and I picked my bedding straight up off my bed (they weren't on the floor even a little bit) when I was taking them to the washing machine, so I know for a fact there was zero chance that sock was tangled up in my sheets when I put them in the laundry.

I took them out of the dryer and the matching sock falls out with them.

??????????

I really want to redo my island but I have no idea what to do. I also still want to make a second island. I wonder if I should maybe use my second island to try out my ideas and if I like what I did, just copy it onto my main island. Then after i get my main island the way I want it, restart the second island focus on that 🤔.

Edit: I’m stumped on a name for my second island even if this is just going to be temporary.

Question: What if everyone knew the truth and nobody would believe lies, yet they choose to do the actions that lies lead to? What would that say about these people?

Unless if it's Pokémon doing the same stale thing with it's core gameplay every generation by introducing a battle gimmick that they'll never bring back again. I'm just glad that Zelda games are extremely experimental at times. Even if hardcore Zelda fans might hate the change in gameplay, at least it keeps the game refreshing.

Zelda 2 very quickly comes to mind. A spell that turns you into a fairy 🧚‍♀️ talk about experimental, lol

And Nintendo is definitely a bit more willing to listen to fan critics when it comes to Zelda. It's why TP, originally planning on being a WW sequel of sorts, turned out so drastically different. The majority of Western players complained about the art style in WW, but personally I always thought it was great. TP is still one of my favorite entries, too.
