My Mother went out of her way to buy a fancy, super soft furry bed for my new kktty...

But, cardboard boxes... 😆

Apparently, the average amount of blood a person loses during their period is about 2-3 tablespoons, which is equal to 30-40 milliliters. But then again, the amount of blood loss can vary depending on the individual, so idk.

I really like how video game creepypastas started out as believable and ambiguously realistic, only for the later era video game creepypastas started featuring "hyper-realistic parts" which throws out the realism and logic out of the window since creepypastas are suppose to be in line of urban legends. Also, video games back then can't process that much hyper-realistic detail without over-heating the graphics processor.

It's just so funny to me for some reason.

I was going back through my camera roll and looking at stuff from mid-late 2022, just out of curiosity, and it's so cringe lol. I was, like, a totally different person back then. I feel like I was kind of insufferable. but I also was struggling a lot with untreated bipolar, and dealing with a lot of cats, and working at a cat rescue (a job that I really didn't like besides getting to play with kitties), among other things. it was just a bad period of my life. not to mention I have learned so much about myself and about being a good person since then. my social skills were awful and I could never really make good connections with people.

maybe I'll look back on my life in a few years, once I've graduated from grad school and gotten my own place, and think "wow the me from 2024 was cringe". it's nice to know that I'm always learning and growing and becoming a better version of myself.

It’s possible to beat her in Cloud Cuckooland on the Switch version. However, as you repeatedly tap the A button, the focus is on consistency, not speed. If your button tapping rate is the same, you’ll progress further. But if you try to tap too fast, she will move too fast, and you’ll lose the race or be deemed too slow.

I’m excited to see what collectibles are returning on halloween. Right now I have enough for the two new ones I wanted — the crow plush and gameboy. I’m in trouble if the kitty plushies are returning and some other collectibles that I’m interested in too 😅. I still have to do round 3 of the scavenger hunt, mirrors and the story. I’m skipping the pumpkin one since not enough energy and don’t have anything I could work with.

Why do people get angry when you turn down gifts... I don't want your stuff, I didn't ask for your stuff. Stop trying to get favors or whatever.
Because they put time and effort into picking them for nothing... Now, if I were in a situation where someone gifts me something I don't need, I'd be polite about it...

I was signaled and merging into another lane this morning. As I'm moving my vehicle in, another car comes blasting through like it's a race track. Inches away from obliterating and killing me.

It shook me up a little.

Then again I guess that's just the consequence of driving. There will always be close calls and sometimes luck can be the decider.

If I’m going to stick to older games or spend more time playing old games than new games, it would be better if I played older consoles only. But here’s why I would rather play the Switch than other consoles:
  1. You can play on the go. If you can play Super Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time on both the Nintendo 64 and the Nintendo Switch, the N64 becomes obsolete for that the Switch can play the same games while having portability.
  2. It is cheaper and easier to get a Nintendo Switch Online Expansion subscription than it is to buy an older console with games. These older consoles have been discontinued and are about to die out sooner than the Switch. A retro console is not only more expensive, but it’s also rare.
  3. The Switch and all modern consoles with emulators have save states, while the native consoles do not. There are a couple long and difficult segments where one slip-up near the end would really induce rage. Newer games were more lenient on this, but older games were not.
