it’s been raining the last 2 days on my island which sucks - i love the rain but i didn’t really like that my first swimming experience for new horizons was in foggy rainy weather aha ;u;

I am in the same predicament...all week..rain.
Currently thunder and lightning.
All my street lights / lights are on.
I do love the rain in this game... but I kind of wanted to enjoy the update in prettier weather.
With all the thunder and lighting ...swimming around feels intense. Like I've been shipwrecked..or I'm fighting for my life

in New Leaf it also rained a lot in June because it was "monsoon season." Pretty sure this is based on it being monsoon season in Japan in real life! I don't mind the rain, but it is annoying to get a lot of extra flowers.

It's always raining in real life for me so it feels natural lol. Even when it's hot here it'll still pour rain.

There actually is an in-game forecast, it shows up for like 15 minutes on a TV around the evening and night. I think around 6 and 10PM. Something like that.

I hated rain in NL because I thought the clouds looked so ugly, and I'm not too much a fan of rain irl either, but the rain does look decent in NH. I'm drowning in flowers though

It rains non stop for me irl so I’m pretty used to the rain, but my flowers in game are out of control.

I think I've had like 7 consecutive days of rain now. I don't mind because I love the rain, but I'm not making good use of either by fishing, so all it's doing is giving me more flower problems. I spent a few hours this morning removing hundreds of flowers..... ugh.

I once had it rain for a week straight, and it was very boring and sad. It’s actually raining on my island right now! I love thunderstorms though, they are beautiful when your watching it from the rocks and the lightning strikes. Raining for so long sucks, but I hope it clears up for you soon!

I’d like it to stop too. Love when it rains sometimes since it helps make hybrids but not a lot cause it also overflow my island with flowers and while I love the flowers in this game, too much of a good thing can turn into a bad thing. My islanders wander outside a lot even if it rains though which is cool. I miss seeing the sunshine as my island looks the best in it and it gets me motivated to design my island even more.

Edit: It stopped raining just know! I hope it stays this way.
