  • 3D printed mask
  • sheer black fabric for eyeholes
  • stretchy brown fabric for strap and belt
  • worn out shirt for cloak
  • safety pins for shape

Is it acceptable to make a plushie from scratch, or should we dress up pre-existing ones?I don't have all my plushie stuff on me but might dress up one I made before

I am OBSESSED...I kinda feel like I need this to exist as a real plushie.

If you have the means to create a custom made plush, you may do so! It would just have to have a visible shape and face to it, as a typical plush toy would have.

Mumma mia! Itsa me Mario in another mummy costume!
Since I didnt have a lot of time before leaving my country, I decided to do a mummy costume with what I had. I decided to use a medical bandage that that cut into two (to fit the Mario plushie).

Yay!!!! I had fun dressing this fat boy up. So, this is actually a human adult costume, that I hand made and hand stitched for myself. Shiny Pumpkaboo is my favorite ghost Pokémon so I made her into a costume! It was a very large pain in the arse to be honest, so I was thrilled when my biggest plush decided that he wanted to join in the festivities. This actually took three people to get the all tulle skirt on, since while I may not be a “twiggy” girl, I’m def not as large as our subject is. Thank god the waist is elastic, though even then, we were afraid it was going to rip. My oldest squeezed his middle as tightly as he could while my younger son and I worked the skirt up inch by inch. Btw, we “built” our subject as well as when we got him last March, he was unstuffed. It took over 20lbs of stuffing to make him the larger than life buddy that he is.

I don't own any plushies, so I had to borrow this, and I was only given a short time with it... Gave her the few detachable, thematically appropriate Nendoroid props that I have to make Fennekin a witch (I have 0 arts and crafts skills, and no materials to make anything decent with. Also low on toilet paper, so I don't want to inconvenience the household to make a mummy). I already had to return the plushie, so I can't change or redo it if this entry is not accepted.

the creepy cloth i’ve used in all of my submissions thus far is making yet another appearance, this time in the mummification of my beloved rei kitty

ft. a couple of spooky jiangshi friends (they’re plushies that happen to fit the halloween theme perfectly so i had to include them, but they aren’t part of my submission :^o )
