Gatcha tried to disguise themselves as a gingerbread man but alas they are not very bright so everyone could easily recognize them as a Gratchet from Grrrrrnobyl. All the real gingerbread men chased Gatcha right off the counter and watched as they crumbled into a million pieces! Gotcha, Gatcha!!
In my Switch Year in Review I chose Cult of the Lamb as my favourite game of this year! My cookie is based off my favourite villager follower from the game! As such, here is my little (rein)deer demon, adorned with Christmas lights!
I have never flooded cookies before, so my last one overflowed, leading to him looking even more (perfectly) cursed.

I wanted to make 1 smaller frankenstein cookie, and made the rest into normal Christmas cookies.but the dough did NOT wanna cooperate lmao, so here is my giant frankenstein/teddybear cookie. Enjoy.

The woods are a dangerous place, especially for children. Legend tells of a mysterious old crone who lures little ones into her gingerbread hut never to be seen again. Any attempt to find the children has been thwarted because the hut will disappear by the next morning, no one knows how this happens, it's not like the thing just sprouts legs and walks away!
My entry is based on a combination of the German fairy tale of Hansel and Gretel and Baba Yaga's hut from Slavic folklore.
This one was tough, I used some very dense (and not very tasty >>) royal icing to hold everything together. Unfortunately one of its candy cane legs snapped while photographing, but I think the dynamic pose only adds to the composition!

He's finally done! He's a bit silly goofy, maybe not ugly (everything has beauty 
), but he's definitely going to snowball something (or someone!) and I think that's where his true ugliness resides.
The snowballs are balls of dough left over from my mam when she was making bread, so I took some off of her to make small snowballs (I know you're not supposed to eat raw dough BUT IT'S SO GOOD)
He has blueberries for eyes, and paper money coated in some weird strawberry thing for arms and eyebrows. And no I definitely did not use that paintbrush to apply the white stuff I found in a cabinet to his face.
Did I buy the wafers from the shop? Yes. But did I make him into a wafer sandwich with cream in the centre? Yes! And was he delicious? Yes

Hello??? Can anyone hear me?? I am sending this message from a remote location... I've made a terrible mistake... I seem to have released a malevolent Thanksgiving turkey creature. It kept muttering about TBT forgetting to celebrate the most important holiday... my home is in ruins. I was forced to flee from its rage.
The creature has disguised itself in Yuletide plumage to appear innocent. I can only pray that TBT staff has top notch security. Sadly, I think I'm next... it sent me this picture with my name drawn in blood... Knowing you all was an honor.

Side notes: I got to try out a non-dairy gluten free recipe as my dietary restrictions now require. It wasn’t too bad. Mainly used tapioca flour, almond flour, and almond milk. Icing was also homemade. The details were done in melted dark chocolate via a toothpick.
