Pocket Camp Complete

No market boxes anymore. But if you select any creature/shell in your inventory, you’ll see the option to sell it

I am 2 days into PC Complete and I remember that in the old game (which I haven't played in years) there was some kind of market box area to sell things. I am already at the limit of items and can't figure out how to sell things like fish bugs and fruit. Am I missing the market boxes or is there a better way in this game?
That happened to me in your little menu if you click on the item it lets you sell the item right from there to clear space and than at the market place you can sell other items on the map

I really appreciate how much cheaper things have gotten when spending Leaf Tokens on stuff, as well as being able to trade in bells for them (though with a monthly limit which kind of stinks but whatever). The biggest improvement over the online game by far, and it actually motivates me to spend them compared to the tickets.

I just noticed something! If you scan a player's camper card, they can share rare bugs like with the free version. I thought they removed that feature, so I was surprised when I checked my garden.

How do you trade bells for them in pc complete ?

Well, I caved and purchased the app since I had a long flight today. It's nice to be able to play offline! I haven't had active friends on the app in years, so I'm not missing that part too much. I don't know how long I'll stick with the game, but without microtransactions I can see it being something I return to off and on when I need a distraction and my options are limited. Really liking the flexibility and ease of leaf tokens so far.

decided to overhaul the first floor of my cabin for the first time in... god knows how long lmao. really happy with how it turned out, i think it's so pretty now! makes me more inclined to visit it every rotation.

after a few days, i have to admit i find whistle pass a little underwhelming. i enjoy being able to see my old friends there with their helpers, i just wish there was more of them present at once. it still feels very empty. i do love that you can get stickers of their helpers though. the planner and stickers are one of my favorite parts of the game, so having the villager stickers to decorate with is really nice! if only you could get more than one per day asdfghjk.

@Gruntilda: They removed the market boxes because it's offline now. In fact I forgot to empty mine in the F2P version. So many bells lost. Whoops. You can still sell things for bells. To do this select the icon on the far left bottom. It looks like a suitcase with a leaf on it. Then select the item you want to sell. Then it shows the price. Press the SELL button on the lower right. Done!

I'm so thankful for this update, the micro-transactions really turned me off before but this is perfect now!
Yes that’s why I never played it the gatcha / microtransations model is a big turn off. But now as a offline game it feels like a literal pocket sized new leaf almost I really like it

i had to start over because i couldnt transfer my nintendo acc over but ive been enjoying the game a lot actually, its really fun and sparked the enjoyment i had with the old game but on a bigger level, i love the remove of microtransactions. came back out of inactivity to talk about this game lol

Thank you! That makes a lot of sense.

I got the game a couple days ago and man it's so addictive, I love it!! I can't wait to get Punchy in my campsite.

Question though, is recoloring a thing in this game? Like will I eventually be able to get Cyrus to customize a Stripe TV to be pink for example?

Also how do I get more Snacks?!

I was wondering the same it doesn’t seem like we can customize colors I hope I’m wrong

You get snacks from Gulliver’s Islands. There will be essence-tier snack islands much more frequently once you clear all the character map islands

And no, recoloring isn’t a thing in Pocket Camp, though many garden events offer a rare color variant for the top reward

Don’t forget to check your inbox for bells paid out for any leftover bugs in the garden event. They hid it in the menu so you won’t see a notification unless you open that first!
