Decidueye's middle stage evolution did hint toward it a bit with the whole emo preteen description but still, I never really heard anyone guess Grass/Ghost for it.
 
No, but I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw Cynthia! I still remember how tough she was in Platinum *shudders*.

As far as the starters evos go...... I really like Rowlett's, Litten's looks better than I thought it would, but I'm still meh on it and Popplio....well, I really like it as a cute seal pup, but not sure about it's evos...they just look silly, imo.

I WAS definitely going to choose Popplio in my first playthrough, but now I just might go w Rowlett.
 
if rowlette's final evo can't learn fly, oh god this will not go well. the team i made up in my head really needs a fly slave so this will mess a lot of things up. guess i'll go popplio.

and when i saw cynthia all i could think was oh god lord because she is such a hard trainer to defeat oh my god
 
btw, someone in the comment section of youtube told me something i forgot

Sun and Moon aren't going to have HMs, as they'll be replaced by the Pok?Rider pok?mon.

You might have to back track on that actually. While I don't know if you'll fight her and the others during the game or after, a lot of people can agree that Pokemon is much more easier now than in the previous games mainly due to the Exp-Share. I hope, and by that I really hope that they do not nerf her or the others, her especially. She is without a doubt easily the most difficult champion and it would be a shame if they made her easy.

I wish they would make them competitive trainers like have all there pokemon 6iv and ev trained ya know? a Real challenge

I would love to see a New Game+ where you can carry over all of your Pokemon and items and replay the entire game fighting trainers that have competitive Pokemon. All Pokemon will also be temporarily reduced down to level ten at the beginning of the game (but still keep their moves and evolutions) and would gain ten levels each time you defeat a trial captain until it caps back at their true level, this way you can't stomp all over everything with a level 100 Pokemon and you would also be able to actually use the level 100 mythical Pokemon they distribute.

Erm, fly isnt a HM anymore. We have Pokeride...

HM's don't exist anymore. We have Pokeride instead and you'll be riding Charizard instead!

Fly is a TM but I've heard it doesn't have the same function as it used to. Its just the move now, you cant fly with it.

New 'Train On' trailer showcasing the games. It gives us a sneak peek at the Pokedex as well as confirming Exeggcute evolves by Leaf Stone and Charjabug evolves at lv 40 into Vikavolt.

English Trailer has been released. Forgot to mention the Normal Type Z-Move is known as Breakneck Blitz, we have a new look at the Rock Type Z-Move and Alolan Exeggutors unknown move is known as Dragon Hammer.
 
I had a feeling HMs would be pitched what with Tauros Rock Smash being a thing. I'm glad I won't have to adjust my team for them anymore, yet I feel a bit sad since they're classic and whatnot.

I'm still teaching Surf and Waterfall to my water type, lol.
