Whoops! I forgot I even posted here, I actually got it awhile ago, so if anyone does see this and have one, I no longer need it
And I think they're only found on the Isle of Armor, but they should be able to be transferred to any game. I've had no troubles sending my breeding rejects out over surprise trades, at least, if that means anything
