In the moment, on the plane? Not so far, as I've only flown to and from one place so far, but I also thankfully haven't experienced turbulence.
The thought of being miles up in the air with the possibility of plummeting, regardless of whether flying is considered safer than driving? Not pleasant, but there's also no use fretting about it unless it happens. Can't say the fear is 100% nonexistent, but it isn't particularly prominent either.
I've been on so many flights!! I am more afraid of layovers/delays/cancellations/airports than actually being in the plane, in the air. Having to navigate LAX (from international to domestic and vice versa) is a reeeeeaalllll beach, especially if you only have 1-3 hours. I swear every time I go through it, it's never the same airport as it was last time. Never the same route. Always have to talk to multiple people to figure out where to go
Not so much afraid but I do get awfully anxious on long plane trips, I hate the experience. Again it's not fear so much as finding the food, lack of sleep and confinement to one area hard to deal with.
Yes. I’d fear that the airplane is going to crash. I know that’s very unlikely, but it’s still something I think about. I prefer ground travel anyway. I love the train, personally.
