Price help?

What are the average TBT/BTB prices for furniture sets such as: Mermaid, Ice, and Flower?
Also tools like Toy Hammers and the Golden Tools

oh and unorderables too like Berliner and Afternoon Tea Set.

The Ice, mermaid, and gardening sets usually sell anywhere from 75-150TBT.

Toy hammers and the golden tools usually price for around 15-25TBT each (sometimes 75-100TBT for the set of all golden tools).

The individual unorderables like the berliner seem to go for 10-20TBT.

These prices are just my observation, but I hope that they help!

I agree with Zandy on this one. I'd go with those ranges.
Most of the unorderable sets I've seen go for 100TBT per set usually.
