When you have enough island ideas formed into your head and better ones noted dow for later, you'd think I wouldn't have anymore ideas, but now I do.
There was this animated show called Animalia I used to watch as a kid, and that was very much focal on certain animals, and the fact I can imagine certain villagers being certain characters has awoken another idea in my head DX

In ACNL, the Illuminated Set of PWPs were more fit for a sci-fi themed town and nowhere else. But in ACNH, the Illuminated Set of DIYs were winter-themed. Never knew the lights theme would be part of the winter theme and less of the sci-fi/future theme.

Whitney's house is interesting. I thought she'd have something that's more on the elegant side, like Diana.

seeing how other ppl terraform and decorate and mark paths really helps me let go of some of the obsessive compulsiveness that keeps me from working on my island and liking what i've already done (which looks freaking great!!!)

I feel like I'm making too many roads on my second island and not actually reserving space for decorating. For instance, I've got one road running horizontally along a cliff, an incline going up in the middle, and another road not far down from that which also runs horizontally. I could simply eliminate the lower road entirely and shift things closer together, but it also means that the only way to enter Resident Services would be through the South side.

Ugh. I'd really hate to have to move houses and flatten the island again. Maybe I need to give the 3D island planner program a try.

...........Blathering serves you hot chocolate instead of coffee on this day, which I classify as severely important, and wish he did this more often.

I have no idea what to name this challenge island, and as long as I'm in the dark, I can't really start. This'll be a one take/first try thing. No resetting for a map, no resetting for starting villagers, etc. We're doing this hard mode style. ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

The 25th of this month is coming up. We're going to be seeing the grass again soon, for northern hemisphere Islands.

I deleted my islands again. The main one because it had painful memories of someone, the second one because it was just eh. Now I'm back to square one, not knowing what to do. I know I want the main one on my main switch, and I know which theme I want to go for, but what do I name this? I don't know. My second island was always meant to be a trade hub, a place to gather resources to trade with myself and other players. But again, what do I name this? I don't know. Rah. ╰（‵□′）╯

I have this dream of paying guitar in some sort of band... folk, blues, etc...but my real dream is to play AC songs on my guitar as people file in to watch the show.
